Beautiful piercing but this is the second one I have had and I lost them both because the closure wouldn’t close correctly. I messaged the customer service but they haven’t responded. I am really very frustrated and heartbroken because the first one I got was a present and the second one I bought myself becouse I loved it so much. At €21.95 plus €9.95 shipping for a single earring I really expect better quality or at least a reply from customer service ESPECIALLY if you promise to reply within one working day.
Very cute and dainty. I love that the insert is a little longer it makes it easier to screw in!
I've had the stud for about two-three weeks and it's now broken. Was very beautiful tho. Edit: They replied very well and sent me a replacement, very kind :) i guess the stud I had was an exception.

I really loved this earring but I had it two days before it fell out and lost it. The first time it fell out I managed to find it and figured it was just not tight enough. But then the next day it fell and I never found it again. The internal threading is poor quality and I would not recommend. What a waste of money
