Incredible team, professional, friendly and on top of every task.
Both Al and GG have been incredible since the very start. This is a friendly team which acts professionally and promptly at every task. I'm really grateful for them as their experience, advice and expertise has made an immense different in the short period of time that I've worked with them.
I hired Regal Roye for their marketing services during the month of June/July 2021. They gave us an excellent presentation and proper response to get us on board. But, the response rate decreased and they started to create problems once the money was paid in advance.
They either used some bots or some unprofessional tool which led to our business account on Instagram to be blocked. I raised this issue with their team and requested them to cancel our contract as they were highly inefficient and unprofessional. I asked them to charge us on a pro-rata basis and refund the remaining money to which they charged us up to 15 more days of work than the actual.
Our business Instagram account is still blocked because of their unprofessional approach or less knowledge. They didn't even care to solve the issue before terminating the contract that was created by them at the first place. I would highly recommend everyone seeking their service to have everything clear in the beginning and do not go just by their presentations.
They promise high and deliver much much low. Beware. Good Luck.

For your information, we never use bots to help increase growth and engagement on any social media accounts because were aware of the severe damage that these tools can have on accounts.
All our methods of social media management are organic and stay within the Instagram community guidelines.
From our knowledge you been refunded what you been owed after the contract was terminated. But if you feel that you are owed anything additional please let us know and we can look into it accordingly to get a solution.
