Regatta do not adhere to consumers rights legislation, appalling service
Very unhappy with my order and will not be using your online shop again. I ordered size 18 shirt. It was huge, 54" across the bust, which equates to size 28. I returned it "not as described" and under consumer rights legislation requested a refund of my postage. This was not forthcoming and no correspondence received either. Daylight robbery. Avoid.
Regatta have replied on Trustpilot to say there was no delivery charge to refund but this is incorrect as I had to pay to return the item. And it was impossible to get through to their Customer Services in any way I could find (phone, email, bot etc.)

Under consumer regulations, we are required to refund the original delivery charge paid when an order is returned. As your order qualified for free delivery, there was no delivery cost to refund on this occasion. We apologise if this was not made clear and for any frustration caused.

Frustrating
I tried ordering to home and Evri never delivered. I was kindly given a refund by Regatta (I hope they got that back from Evri!) and I reordered to click and collect in my nearest store. Unfortunately this was never delivered either!! How can that be?? So again Regatta gave me a refund. The service for refunds by Regatta is good but not worth much when I can’t get anything. Very odd and frustrating. I have had such good service before.
