Terrible services, after several days i called the company and they did not have any tracking number. At the time of buying the product they sent me a tracking number that did not work. I did numerous attempts to contact them without any luck. DO NOT BUY THIS product. I had to pay for postage to send it back, although I told them to cancel. They only try to send it when I started complaining

Doesn't work for intended purpose, does not hold a charge, timed settings don't work. Product is either damaged or defective. This is 100% a Chinese scam site, and their "flash sale" that pressures you into a quick purchase is a lie, as the "sale" price listed is always the same and does not change.

This company does not respond to phone calls or emails. They were made aware of these issues well within the 30 day limit for a refund and never acknowledged any contact, and then had the gall to fight a dispute from Affirm. They do NOT have a customer service team, bait and switch about their policies which they do not enforce, and lie about shipping times.

I chose to return the LED mask basically because of the awful reviews on this site!!!! Totally lost any confidence in this company's reputation.
I contacted their customer service about return process. They responded immediately. Gave me the address and asked that I provide the tracking number which I did. They refunded my money right away.
I feel like I just cut off my nose to spite my face.

Awesome. Came early, works fine. Can't wait to see my results in about 60 days. I'm a Black lady so things tend to work a little differently when it comes to these things so only time will tell

My experience with the product was similar to the other complaints in that the device only worked one time. It did not hold a charge and was difficult to turn on. However my interaction with the company was positive. I reviewed the RegenaLight return policy and emailed them about the problems. They responded immediately and advised that as soon as the device was returned they would issue a refund. I did have to pay the return postage but the refund was issued as soon as it was in the mail.

Wish I could give a zero. Order never received. Company has not responded to the multiple inquiries made. Just stole money from me. Originally ordered on Nov. 30 2024. Last update I received, 12/28/2024, from tracking was that it was delivered to a local carrier (but was not given any local carrier info in tracking). I’ve reached out multiple times since then with zero response from company. I’m writing this review on 01/29/2025.

I ordered the device and received it within six days. It’s easy to use and charge. Been using it for 10 days now and hope to see improvement to my skin.

My husband purchased for me for Christmas. Shipping was delayed and the serum never arrived. The money would have been better spent on a good facial, since the mask only worked ONE time. Now, no response from the company when I sent them videos they requested of the mask not working. DO NOT BUY!

Received it in the mail just fine, no damage. It does ship from China and not California, but honestly does that even matter? It's shipping direct from the source instead of first to a business in the US which then ships it to you. Almost everything we buy online is from China and these RTL devices are no different.

I found it rather uncomfortable on my Asian facial features. My white partner who has a sharp nose with a high nose bridge thought it was just ok.

I recommend getting a mask that is more flat instead, like how the Hooga and Omnilux ones do.

It's too early to tell how beneficial it is for your skin, but I can say that it does warm up your tear/meibomian glands if you place the forehead over your eyes if you got dry eyes like me.

If I could go back in time I would just save the money for a better brand and fit.

Placed an order and it’s never shipped . Sent email and they never replied . Sent another one asking for a refund and still have never gotten a reply . These are not honest people .

I agree with the others, don't waste your money. I NEVER received the product. Yet the delivery status was changed to delivered. Cannot get a hold of anyone at this company. Again don't waste your money.

My delayed arrival 5 mins ago was with a completely empty box. Absolutely livid and am researching scams and appeals….

I ordered it on Jan 1 ans received it on Jan 13. Works fine after a charge. It isnt the most comfortable thing to wear. I found breathing and speaking to both be a bit obstructed but I didnt expect it to be perfect. Ill just wear it laying down from now on and enjoy the 15 mins on stillness.

This company sucks. First of all upon ordering it does not tell you the company is in China. It does not give you an ETA of when your package will arrive. I also didn’t have an option for shipping instructions. The mask was delivered to my doorstep but was stolen off of my doorstep before I was able to retrieve it. What is very irritating is that my apartment complex has a package delivery room next to the main office. All packages are usually delivered there. I’ve never had a package delivered to my doorstep, the one time I do it’s stolen. I reached out to the company hoping their loss prevention team could either refund or send another, crickets…. If I would have known the product was coming from China, I wouldn’t have ordered. I also wish the company would give an ETA on delivery before you checkout. The day it was delivered, I was out of town for a couple of days. Anyways, it’s annoying and I threw away $200 for nothing but irritation.

Ordered January 7th and received mask 5 days later! Super quick shipping from China to U.S. impressive! Came in a beautiful box, looks and feels expensive. Love all the light features it offers. After reading the reviews here I was worried my experience would not be great, but I definitely must say it was all around a wonderful transaction. From the delivery time and quality of product.

WHEN I can get the mask to come on, it will go through 1/2 a rotation of the colors then just stop. There is NO possible way to get it to turn on again after that. I have now emailed the company three times trying to get a response...still waiting.

Please do not buy from them, ever received the product. No one called me back lost 139$ . Credit card doesn’t care . This company is a fraud .

I purchased the Regenalight in hope of improving collagen with hyperpigmentation. The device seems to be working with softening my skin and improving the hyperpigmentation.
However, I find the Regenalight a bit challenging to turn on or change the colors for skin care. They should make it easier to turn on with a button to press or something. Also, the mask is heavy and uncomfortable whether standing or laying down.

So far so good. I know issues with shipping or ordering and received the mask in a timely manner. So far I have no issues with the mask. My only complaint is that it isn’t very comfortable. The straps aren’t the greatest so I just removed them and just lay down with the mask laying on my face.

Very pleased. After my original purchase in September 2024 of a Regenmask from 6 uses, it stopped entirely and wouldn’t light up. Novalight asked me send a video and the company could see for itself and they replaced it. Although it says USED on the box, the replacement mask is actually lighter in weight than the original and for the first use for 15 mins for far it works fine.
