Iv always been helped when needed. My local housing worker often calls to check up on me to check I have everything i need and always offers assistance and goes out her way to help. Even better after having my daughter Lucy my local housing worker in fleetwood rang me and asked to come round see how I was getting on and to congratulate me on the birth of my daughter and to come for cuddles. How sweet. Lucy took her time out to not just be someone who works for the housing but a friend. Such a beautiful woman so down to earth and made me feel so normal about my worries and begged me to please as for help when needed. Even said it keeps everyone in a job if I need help same to everyone that needs help. So now I feel.better to ask for help as its helps them too haha. But what a lovely woman Lucy is from the regenda fleetwood ❤️
Very poor housing association
Very poor housing association, supposed to have carried out property inspection,both inside and outside of there property, legendary apparently couldn't be bothered outside inspection, in fact it took them barely ten minutes if that inside inspection, thus is after threatening legal action,because they continued to call while I was out at work. Even though I did inform legendary, they won't have access till after 4pm.shambolic legendary once again.

Only gave it one because I had to score something. 2 hours waiting time on the phone! And 3 months and the repair which is the back door is still not fixed. Shocking for a single foster carer with young disabled children. And I can't lock the back door at night !!

I’ve been a tennant for 9 years now and I can say there a joke. Ignorant landlords that don’t assist just send nasty letters threatening warrants and bills etc when I have done nothing wrong other than be ignored by Regenda and be left to wait for repair men that don’t show up. My rent is up to date and I have been correct as a tennent these guys are just stupid as a team.

Back again different house same old took a year to sort a leak in the roof a year 😅,rotten fencing falling off came out said we'll sort it 3 wks later rang then o you have to pay for it to be fixed,as,radiators are way to old don't heat up properly nobody came spoke with housing officer we'll sort them out ASAP as we all know over Christmas-3° -4° -5°,left with half working radiators with a disabled child, disgusting and now we have another leak in bathroom,
Callous, incompetent, disgusting and disgraceful
Unfortunately a zero star wasn't an option.
Since moving in (nearly 7 years), they have been appalling. I am not alone, they don't care about vulnerable individuals or anyone. Where to even begin?... I continue to have persistent and reoccurring plumbing issues that never get solved but "temporarily fixed" over and over again.
Since I moved in they offered no help that past tenant had spare key to flat I had moved in. That was first red flag.
Another red flag. They disregarded plumbing issues and "temporary fixes" that anyone could do, and by the end of one year in particular, they had to place me in a Travel Lodge because the water that blocked the sink, broke the washing machine and was dirty, stinked and vile; made the flat un-livable. They just love fobbing you off all the time, with jobs that did not get to the root of the problem. All they ever do is come with a plunger. Really? At present, the blockages keep happening and the toilet keeps overflowing too. Nothing is ever resolved by getting to the real issue and even when they know that the real issue is the old pipes.
They deemed it acceptable that the kitchen sink had overflooded, blocked and couldn't be used as not being an emergency (over weekend) when I have a small baby and needed the kitchen to wash cutlery and bottles.
They will have you forever with a toilet that clogs and overflows and you can't have friends and family over, and find yourself losing your dignity and plugging bodily waste when it clogs. You cannot relax going to the toilet. They refuse you a new toilet and tell you to just live your life with a plunger and that this is normal in all flats and that they too have children. That's like saying I'm not a serial killer because I have friends that are alive. The M&Y honest individuals have stated that it is the old pipes that cause the issue and need replacing but Regenda lies, plays deaf ears, denies the truth, blames tenants, never takes accountability. They don't care about vulnerable people and if you were to have OCD contamination they would be more than happy to see you end your life. More than happy to see your baby catch something terrible, in fact after the kitchen overflooded and water seeped down to neighbour downstairs, my little baby got bad diarreah.
Yet, again months of being dismissed like 2019, now 2024 and after telling me all was clear, no blockages, wanting to close my case with complaints, hold and behold, the neighbour couldn't use their toilet and had dirt rise from their bath just like I had predicted would happen again. That's strike two. Yet, again living with the callous, imbeciles that Regenda are.
I have threatened them as they threaten their tenants with legal action if anything happens.
Stay away from this company and these narcissistic, callous, incompetent, disgusting and disgraceful individuals. - Maritime Court building flats in Sale.

An appointment has been booked for an asbestos report for Thursday 17 October. Then the electrician can come to do the rewire. Which will be sometime within the next 2 week. It is absolutely disgusting to leave an elderly lady in this situation.

I have been here at my property with full ownership for 6 years now. The reasons for 1 star are simple. They will not help, contact you back in a decent time, or even bother explaining why they are slow to respond. I personally give this company zero stars but that option is not available. Since last Thursday today is Tuesday and the telephone staff are absolutely dreadful they were unable to put me through to a manager, team leader, even asked to speak to the director, or his or her secretary and nobody could put me through to speak to them shame on you Regenda. A lesson in Incompetence
This company is the most incompetent I have ever encountered in over 50 years in business.
Their managers hide behind pooly trained junior staff who really have little experience in dealing properly with people who are not their tenants and who have little or no knowledge of current Law. For examply they try to deny any responsibility for maintenance of boundaries and attempted to blame the tenant. They answer emails with first names with no indication of position or title let alone authority. In the meantime senior managers simply ignore emails addressed to them until the matter is referred to Law. Words which describe Regenda include "incompetent,ignorant, uncaring etc etc" I thank heavens I am not one of their tenants and wonder how they remain solvent.

I've had a good experience with regenda homes. The blocks where I live are well maintained and there's a good atmosphere in the flats. Had to have a couple of repairs done easy to get in touch and pretty fast response. Maybe I've been lucky where I live.

When you have over 55's accommodation ,then are told you now are not allowed to store your wheelchair near your door? I was told to take my wheelchair indoors (not enough room) or find myself somewhere else to live, it's heartbreaking, I now cannot have the electric wheelchair I needed, so am trapped in my home.

Absolutely terrible landlord
Absolutely terrible landlord. They shun all responsibility of repairs and put this onto the tenant. It's completely unprofessional and a sad state of affairs. I hope that they are investigated and made to pay compensation to all of the tenants that they are charging high prices in rental for, and yet providing a poor service in failing to provide repairs. Disgraceful.
