I ordered a pair of Barbour rainboots. They leaked already after having wore them just a few times. It tokes almost 2 weeks before I got a label to return them and now I am waiting for almost 7 weeks to get an answer.
The only answer I got, please wait a little more, we are waiting for Barbour.

Good but not waterproof
They’re pretty good boots, the size was right, they are comfortable to wear. The only thing i’m dissapointed with is that they’re actually not waterproof, which was the particular reason that i ordered them. Maybe i’d got the one pair that was damaged in production or something, i don’t know that.

A decent website with good deals and choices
I'm happy to come across this website for some good deals/discounts for rain coats. However I'm very dissapointed with their customer service which is basically non-existent, I sent them emails with questions and followed up but never get a response.

Finally ordered the walking boots Nokian Finntrim I wanted, plus good socks and maintance product. They fit well, but I must remove the insole with thicker socks and leave it in with standard ones. An ideal combination. Happy with the delivery and the possibility to send them back in case they might not have fit.
