Great service and price
Great service and price - couldn't find earthworms anywhere in the quantities and at prices they offered. Also a good mix of surface and deep burrowing worms. I called them and they shipped the same day. The worms arrived and are all doing fine.

Highly recommended service !
Very easy order process, extremely fast shipping, accurate delivery with proper packaging.
All ordered items were as described and alive upon arrival, contrary to other sellers i use where 50% are dead upon arrival.

Animal cruelty
Worms were not isolated in any way, no protection from heat or cold. They were shipped in an envelope, not even a cardboard box, so they could've easily been crushed. Charging 10€ for shipping like that is ridiculous and cruel to the animals. 0/10. Will never buy there again.

Thank you for your honest review. We do everything we can to work in an animal-friendly and environmentally conscious manner and want to radiate this in everything.
You have ordered 20 worms from us which are packed in a bag of 4 liters of peat, this is more than 10 times the amount of peat that a worm needs for a few days.
In addition, the peat offers their protection because the packaging cannot offer this to a worm, this is because worms live in soil or peat and not in cardboard. We pack smaller orders in a cardboard envelope so that they go through a different product flow than the packages within the parcel service, we have done this because smaller packages were often crushed by large, heavy boxes, so this is not possible with the current packaging because it has a completely different route. run through. The shipping costs are charged by us 1 on 1, unfortunately we cannot do anything about this, these are also costs that we incur.
