It’s always reassuring using Regional Cars. You can rely on them 100% to arrive on time, they are very friendly and have spacious, comfortable cars. Especially when you travel home from holiday, when you’ve had delays, Ray & Michelle are at the airport, exactly where they say they’ll be; it takes the worry out of a long journey. They even ask if you need to stop to buy essentials for home, if you’ve been on holiday! I would always use them and highly recommend them to everyone.

We have been using regional cars for over a year now and are always very happy. The last time Michelle met us was on the 28th of August at Gatwick. Our flight was very late and it was at night, but Michelle waited for us no matter what. Always very punctual, drives very carefully and safely, the cars are very spacious and comfortable.

Michelle was on time and she was very good at keeping track of road traffic and of arrival time.
She helped with lifting our baggages and made sure with had all our documents with us before leaving for our journey.
Will definitely recommend and use Regional car service in the future.

Fantastic to use, they are very professional and kind, you know you will get to where you want to be safely as it’s reassuring to know that the drivers are qualified British drivers that have got there licences in the U.K and not from a third world country. Michelle was very friendly and professional as well as punctual on both journeys and it’s nice to know they are not going to inform third parties about a vacant house while your away. thoroughly recommend.

Ray and Michelle have become our regular go-to people for airport transfers. We have used them several times now and have recommended them to family & friends. Clean and spacious transportation to Gatwick, our driver arrived early and we had plenty of time to load our luggage and get to Gatwick for our departure flight. On our return journey our driver contacted us as we landed and was ready for us when we came out of Gatwick, and we were loaded and driven home in good time. The whole process was stress free, very good value for money and we will definitely be using Regional cars again!

My wife and I are regular customers of this company. Michelle took us to Gatwick airport and picked us up a week later. Michelle is a great driver, arrived on time, the car was very comfortable, spacious. Michelle is very friendly, sociable and punctual. When we were picked up from the airport, Michelle kept track of our flight arrival time, so we didn't have to worry about anything. Roy and Michelle are very reliable, professional drivers. We highly recommend them.

I had the absolute pleasure of being driven by Ray to Heathrow airport from a relative’s home in Surrey for an early flight to Australia. What an exceptional and personable driver Ray is.
