We used Regional Cars for our airport transfers to and from Gatwick Airport. Both Ray and Michelle were very professional, on time and customer focussed. The vehicles they provided easily catered for 3 passengers, 3 suitcases and 3 cabin cases. They even added an extra drop off on the return journey at no extra cost. Excellent service and value for money. This is our first time we have used this company and will continue to use them in future.

Thank you Ray for taking me to my appointment. Ray arrived early, helped me in and out of the car and helped us all pass the time by chatting to us throughout the long journey. I would not hesitate in recommending Regional Cars to anyone and would hope to use them again.

We recently booked airport transfers with Michelle and Ray to Heathrow and back from Gatwick. Fantastic customer service, prompt responses to emails, on time, and comfortable and clean vehicles.
I would not hesitate to book them again. You don’t often get such great service these days.

We have consistently used Regional Cars to all our commutes from Epsom to London St Pancras, Heathrow or Gatwick. They are always on time (and in fact 10mins earlier), friendly and efficient, while the car is in excellent condition.

Ray was very patient and waited along time when picking up my brother in law
from Heathrow airport last week as my brother in law and his partner have difficulty walking they had to wait along time for special assistance to bring them out of the terminal . Ray was very polite and made the return journey home pleasant for my brother in law .Michelle was right on time for the pick up for the onward journey to Gatwick the following week.

So happy as always with the service you provide - nothing is too much trouble from 4 pick ups and drop offs to a 21hr delay - Ray and Michelle are always there on hand - communication is great - we’ll done!!

Michelle was lovely. She picked us up in a really comfortable clean car and dropped us at Gatwick. She gave us clear instructions on where to meet us upon our return.

We were picked up within minutes of landing and dropped back at our destination. It made the whole trip a pleasure.
