The karaoke track which I ordered did not reach me for 3 days. I contacted Ms Aayushi on the contact number given on the website. She asked for my email id and order number. In less than 5 minutes she sent the track to my WhatsApp number.

I ordered one karaoke track which wasn’t available with other providers but Regional Karaoke had. I contacted them on the numbers mentioned on their YouTube channel and Aayushi replied in a very professional manner and fulfill my track’s requirement. I can say one the best quality track I ever got in a short manner of time with a reasonable price. I recently had a custom made by regional karaoke, and they did not disappoint me.Hats off to Ayushi, my point of contact, who patiently accommodated every single request by me in the process and never let me hanging. Being flexible is their best quality, makes them stand out among others in the business and the musician was always attentive to what I wanted and was always available to make any changes I wanted to be made to the track. Communication and customer service was excellent, the track was of great quality and well worth what I paid.

These guys are great and have been reliable, prompt in their service. The karaoke track quality is great for the most part. Sound quality is excellent but missed tunes a couple of times. The key is to review the track once received very carefully. If an update is needed, they will do it if the feedback is given within a certain time (I believe 5 days). Missing tune is the only reason for my 4 stars. Otherwise, they are awesome!

A very professional site with extremely satisfactory customer care service. Karaoke tracks are perfect and very much suited for professional stage performances. As per rules of the site, a new customer has to wait 24 hours, but with the help of 'Aayushi', who is a wonderful, friendly and caring customer care executive, I received my track instantly because I explained I needed it for a performance. Extremely thankful to her :) Will definitely recommend this site to everyone. :)
