Don't use this service! Never ever. We used Regionflorist.de for sending flowers to a relative in the Hamburg region, since her husband sadly had passed away. We paid 50 euro with our card for a medium size bouquet. The flowers were sent out the 18th of May and arrived 7 (!) days later. All flowers were dead. We complained multiple times to the customer service at Regionflorist.de

They refused to give us our money back and opted for sending out a new bouquet. They flat out refused talking to us on the phone and refused giving us their number. It's just awful customer service. They sent out a new bouquet and "promised" express delivery. Again, the flowers arrived after 5 (!) days and half of the bouquet was already dead.

Again, the refused us any compensation and it's was really embarressing for us to know that our grieving relative got dead flowers TWICE when her husband just passed away. She got very upset and it felt just horrible.

After asking multiple times we finally got half of our money back. Horrible experince!

My friend used Regionsflorist to send me flowers for my birthday. Unfortunately, within just a couple days many of the flowers were wilted. I took some pictures and contacted customer service since they have a freshness guarantee. They responded promptly and were very polite. After a few exchanges, they had a new bouquet delivered to my door. I could easily see the difference in how much better / fresher the new bouquet was. I’m very happy with the new flowers - they’re gorgeous! I’m also very pleased with how they handled the experience, it was so easy and positive. I would definitely order from them in the future.

I wish it would be possible to upload pictures here as proof. I ordered the Jamila bouquet for a friend's birthday. On the website it was beautifully arranged and the website claims professionals arrange the flowers. When my friend send me the pic of what she got, I was horrified as it looked like someone bought half off fuel station flowers and threw in some branches they ripped of a bush without even making the effort of at least cutting the different flowers to a length that would make sense in this bouquet. I sent the picture to customer service the photo of what my friend got, and they just said the number and type of flowers would be correct. That's it.

Thank you for confirming my point that customers do indeed only pay for amount and number of flowers that are on the photos, and apparently should not expect them to be arranged professionally (as in beautifully).

DHL will not ring recipients if unable to make a delivery. They say this is to guard against fraud?Address was incorrect admittedly my mistake but phone number of recipient clearly on the address. The flowers are paid for so who is being defrauded. Name was in doorbell but still refused to leave on doorstop but instead have non mobile people traveling all over the local town. Need to improve your delivery process as DHL causing more problems than having your own delivery drivers.

Amazing and beautiful flowers. I've been ordering from here for a couple of years now due to me living in the UK and my friend lives in Germany. The Bouquet are always stunning. Great customer service too. Very attentive. Highly recommended.

Schlechter Kundenservice. Schlechter Lieferservice. Das Paket wurde nicht zugestellt. Die Lieferung ist der wichtigste Teil ihres Geschäfts, und bei so hohen Preisen für ihre Blumen können sie sich die normalen Lieferoptionen nicht leisten, was sehr enttäuschend ist. Ihr liefert Blumen aus, und nach 4-5 Tagen solch problematischer Lieferung mit viel Stress sind diese Blumen bereits tot. Ich empfehle diesen Service einfach nicht. Das ist sehr unprofessionell.

A nice surprise that becomes a terrible disaster - that should be a slogan on their website.
Poor customer service. Poor delivery service. The package was not delivered. Delivery is the most important part of their business, and with such high prices for their flowers, they can’t afford normal delivery options, which is very disappointing. You guys deliver flowers, and after 4-5 days of such problematic delivery with a lot of stress, those flowers are already dead. I just don’t recommend this service. This is very unprofessional.

They are doing their job perfect. They replied my Questions fastly. And flowers are really good. İ didnt except that much good service before order. İ thank them. Strongly recommended.

Order was made on Friday, posted on Monday and received on Tuesday in excellent condition. There was an issue with the delivery Company that was efficiently resolved by Regionsflorist, despite it being out of their control. Very happy, would use again.

My family from NZ ordered online to get a big bouquet of flowers delivered to a rural address in Germany. Firstly, the flowers arrived on the date as expected. It was very well packaged, not just with any box but a bespoke green box for flowers.

The flowers were very fresh, they seem fresher than getting them from a flower shop.

In addition, customer service was great! The communication was quick and most of all, very friendly.

I highly recommend Regionsflorist to everyone.

My friend and I live in different countries, and I wanted to surprise her with a bouquet for her birthday. I found an adorable flower company online that had exactly what I wanted. Ordering was easy and fast. Unfortunately, the delivery by their partners, DHL, was a letdown. The flowers were not delivered on time and ended up at the post office. They stayed there without fresh water for five days, resulting in them wilting quickly. However, Adina from Regionsflorist support team was helpful and responsive. Despite the incident being the fault of their partners, Regionsflorist offered to send a new bouquet. They promptly delivered a fresh bouquet with still closed buds. We were impressed with Regionsflorist and highly recommend them. Many thanks to Regionsflorist and Adina!

Buying flowers from them was a very nice experience for me. Their quick response and responsibility is also excellent.

Currently I live in Turkey and my mom lives in Germany. Wanted to surprise her for the worldwide mothers day. Seemed to me kind of impossible cause of distance issues. Luckily I have found regionflorist.de.
Flowers were delivered on the scheduled date, looking fresh and nice. Mom is so happy with the bouquet.
