Excellent service! I ordered flower delivery for the same day, from abroad and they nailed it. Delivered within a few hours, made sure the flowers are kept wet and fresh.

misleaded me, ordered a rose bouquet 'rose icon' that online shows a ton of roses beautifully put, received 10 roses with more greens than the flowers itself, most of them were red, did not look like the photo and also I bought the large option for 47.50 euro plus vase and chocolate and paid over 70, and when i emailed them they agreed that what we received was a joke but I guess the next day they changed their mind and told me everything's ok here.

The Support service interrupted and Sebastian helped me to arrange my order in best way!
The beautiful bouquet was delivered by DHL the next day!
I changed the railing to 5 stars!

I ordered flower bouquet ”you are unique”.
I was particularly choosing the flowers.
Instead of chosen pastel color flowers they shipped bright flowers. They are totally different. And the bouquet didn’t meet my expectations at all.

I wrote to support team.
They sent me some “template” letter about how they try to figure out if some flowers are not in stock and usually send similar flowers.

It’s not true! They didn’t show any responsibility.

I’ll not order again!

Absolutely brilliant customer service! Sebastian helped me cancel an order, navigate the website for a new order, gave me great tips about local florists and even fixed up my email address. Super easy communication via email, replied within minutes and even on a Sunday! I will definitely order through them again. This has been my second order. First order got heaps of compliments on the beautiful and fresh flowers.

Never again! I ordered a bouquet as a birthday present. First, it did not arrive till 7pm (regionsflorist claims they were delivered around 2pm). Second, the flowers were not fresh. The next morning, most of the flowers limp. The next day, they looked like they were at least a week old. When contacting regionsflorist, I was rudely told that it was my mistake for not properly taking care of the flowers.

I recommend not to use the services of Regionsflorist.de. I ordered the flowers for the birthday of my sister, which they didn't deliver. She found the card near her door where they informed that she was not at home when they came and they will not deliver flowers again. But that time, which was mentioned in the card, my sister was at home. The company had her phone number, but they didn't call her. Moreover, the card was found only next day after delivery day. When I wrote several emails to this company, they answered that my sister can go herself the their company to get the flowers and they consider the matter as closed. I asked them iether to deliver of return funds, but they simply didn's answer for my email. So, I lost my money, my sister didn't get her present. I consider Regionsflorist.de fraudulent and recomment not to use their services.
UPD: after publishing this review they delivered flowers (on Thursday instead of Monday!), but didn't even write sorry.

I have used these to have flowers delivered for Christmas in Germany. They delivered good quality flowers on the day requested followed up with an email to myself to confirm delivery.
This is the second year I have used the service and would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent customer service, and the options to add chocolates or a stuffed animal to the bouquet. My flowers were delivered before noon the next business day and my girlfriend was very surprised! I would recommend regionsflorist and will order flowers from them again.

The best site ever!!I am living in Greece and my mom in Germany and with the help of this site I succeeded to make a beautiful surprise to my mother!the orchids were more beautiful than the picture (I was really nervous if they were going to be beautiful) and the chocolate box maked the difference!!the delivery was made the day I requested. I really recommend it if you want to do something special for the people that you love!

This business made ordering flowers from the USA very easy. Long distance is hard some times, but, this was made comfortable to do. It is nice to deal with people who put your satisfaction first. I offer high fives for Regionflorists.

Ordered a 36 euro bouquet and my girlfriend received something that looked nowhere near the value of that.

I understand that the flowers are fulfilled by local shops but having got in contact with regionsflorist customer service they wanted absolutely nothing to do with the complaint despite pictures of wilted, totally no fresh flowers which were probably worth half the value I paid.

Disappointed is an understatement, unprofessional service and poor product - will not use again

They delivered the service I needed. I live in Mexico and my SO was feeling unwell while in Nürnberg, and I wish I could do something to show my support and love besides a text message or a call, something that would be unexpected. After a quick google search I found Regionsflorist, the navegation through the site was easy from start to end, and just a few hours later she got the flowers in her front door. I forgot to put the name of the owners of the house in the address, they contacted me asap to resolve that matter and called my SO, they did everything they could to get it done. I really recommend using this service.

Very good service, quick delivery and we really liked it. Just a small note, it was mostly a bit funny but the note was handwritten; of course it wasn't my actual handwriting :) I've seen that typing these notes is a more standardized practice in other places; but it isn't really important Thanks again!

I recently placed an order for flowers & chocolates to send to a dear Aunt in Kaiserslautern.  She was overwhelmingly surprised to  receive the flowers and even more surprised that they were from her family in Canada.  She sent me pictures of the beautiful flowers and was delighted at the  quality chocolates.
