I could give you the maximum rating but you have failed in the most important thing these days. The service is not immediate and automatic. With existing technology, these processes should be swift and automatic without the need for someone to validate, give the okay, intervene. It slows down the process.
Today we want efficiency, other operators are already doing it.
Just my point of view.

Customer has to open a ticket in a tool associated with technical support requests to send a payment confirmation and, if the ticket is not opened even with payment made, the service is cancelled. This procedure is surreal and difficult to understand, why can't customer payment be validated by Registrar in any other way!

Excellent initial customer service and technical assistance.
After a year or so of using their hosting services, it's often difficult to reach them by phone to address billing issues or even technical support.
Hopefully, in the future, they will go back to the initial standards.
