With existing technology, these processes should be swift and automatic without the need for someone to validate, give the okay, intervene. It slows down the process.

Domain delegation to our DNS servers took more than 48 hours, I opened a ticket and it was quickly resolved.

Customer has to open a ticket in a tool associated with technical support requests to send a payment confirmation and, if the ticket is not opened even with payment made, the service is cancelled. This procedure is surreal and difficult to understand, why can't customer payment be validated by Registrar in any other way!

After a year or so of using their hosting services, it's often difficult to reach them by phone to address billing issues or even technical support.
