Incompetent and verbally abusive. I have no idea how these people stay in business. Totally shocking. I will be reporting them to trading standards and also The Gas Safe Register. There is no room for abusive behaviour on top of incompetency, from gas engineers, in 2025
Charged 2.5hrs for a job that takes no more than 30 mins.
I had a leaking gas pipe near my meter. 2 separate people (inc. national gas engineer) said it was a 20 minute job. Why did this take 2.5 hrs?
Complete rip off and won't be using these people again.
I innocently called them out and a gruff, mean senior engineer tried to con me into the choice of a big repair that involved dismantling my kitchen or buying a new Worcester boiler costing thousands; when all it needed was air from a bicycle pump to expand the Expansion Vessel! The owner Shaun Davidson confirmed it. Luckily I called Worcester for a second opinion - which bizarrely they called my bluff on - and when they were exposed I demanded a refund, that was rejected unsurprisingly. They are very friendly at first on the phone but once they smell money they are gruff, obnoxious, clueless and unscrupulous. Stay well away.
