Quick and easy to use.

Excellent service

Excellent service, Got what I needed in less than 5 minutes. No hanging around for days/weeks on end. I phoned in as well and the lady I spoke to was very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. All services are priced very reasonably as well. Would highly recommend

Very pleased with the service so far

Very pleased with the service so far. After not receiving an email I phoned and spoke to John who was very pleasant and who resent it immediately. Already feels like a very personal service which is a huge bonus for me. Cheers.

Very simple process with . . . .

Very simple process of setting up the legal requirements of a Ltd Co, an excellent choice of facilities from which to select.

Registered Office Group made setting everything up simple, quick, pain free and did it all cost effectively.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others. Spot on in every way.

I’m a new limited company business…

I’m a new limited company business director and unfortunately chose to register my company with this address and service.

There is a registered office service for a year which I purchased. Which scanned and emails any letter sent from company house and HMRC

After setting up my banking business account my card mistakenly was sent to the address of my registered office and not my own.

I was told this in an email from the director of the registered office along with commands that I MUST or would NEED to pay for this service and other services ( post not from HMRC/company house) OR they wouldn’t be able to release my other letters from HMRC or company house even though it was a honest mistake and upon realising I had cancelled the card a requested a new one to be sent to a new address.

In order for me to change the details to remove them as my directors address and not use the service I need the letter that was sent (as it’s a letter from HMRC /or company house) to them with a authentication code so I can log in online and update it so that the mistake won’t happen again.

Instead of them giving me the service that I have paid for ( scanning and emailing any letters from HMRC or common house) they are giving me several invoices charging me for my mistake, a 7 day limited to get it changed, and the option their INSISTING on is them sending me the application form online from company house which I have to them PRINT OFF then send it off by POST wait for a a response and inform them of the change. When they can SCAN and email me the letter with the authentication code so I can update it online in seconds. which they should have received as it was sent off BEFORE my bank card) and they are NOW conveniently saying they haven’t received the mail.
When I INFACT before my issue recommend this service to my friend a WEEK after me and he has his letter scanned and sent.

After calling employees on the number which they sounded very UNINTERESTED unless it’s to ADD on another invoice.

I have emailed the company’s director to which I have been ignored via email. I say ignored because my friend has yet again after me emailing her has received a response answering a query he had via email.

NEVER again !!

Sorry to hear that you have been disappointed by our service.
Unfortunately, you did not purchase to cover all your listings on companies House, so we invoiced for the services needed. As explained, several times, we would be happy to cancel the invoice when the listing on Companies House is amended, if you do not wish to pay for the services actually being used.
Sadly, you are criticizing us for not giving you the Auth Code for the company - this is information that we have not yet received. This is why we suggested using a paper form to change the listing as an alternative. We are good, but even we cannot forward mail that we have not yet received!
