Registry Australia is spam
Registry Australia will send you a renewal notice that looks a bit like it's from ASIC. But it's not. They want to take money to renew your business name or similar but add no value in doing so. Clearly they're chasing the lowest common denominator and there's no way to opt out. Absolute spam.

Very Disappointed
I had a very bad experiance with this company. The people on the phone were rude and I felt tricked. I wanted my money back because they charged way too much. Please don't use them, just go straight to ASIC, much easier and way cheaper!

It’s a SCAM
BEWARE - SCAM. Please read your letter very carefully. ASIC will have gov dot au like all government agencies, not com dot au like “registry” has. No government organisation writes like they do either! I’ve had various letters from them requesting payment. DO NOT RESPOND. DO NOT PAY. GO DIRECTLY TO ASIC. The guy behind this scam is living the high life on folk who DON’T READ LETTERS CLOSELY and just pay thinking it’s from the government when it’s not!
