As well as offering high quality work at very competitive prices and an excellent easy to use website, Reglaze Specs provides what can only be called superlative customer service.
I sent two pairs of glasses to be reglazed but made an error in the prescription I submitted (my optometrist had not provided an accurate measurement for my normal reading distance). One of the new lenses in each pair turned out to be unsuitable and when I mentioned this on the phone to Mike, the proprietor, I was taken aback when he offered to replace them both free of charge although, as noted, it was my own mistake. I now have my glasses back and am more than pleased. No wonder the company has such a high Trustpilot score!

Very good job indeed! The service was quick and a lot cheaper than the usual opticians. Queries by email were answered immediately. I have as good as a new pair of glasses for a fraction of the price.

This is the first time i have used this company.
Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Sent my glasses off, got them back within a few days at a cost of £18 to change my prescription lenses.

Excellent customer service and great value for money. As I live relatively local I was offered home visits. I had one pair of varifocal and one pair of distance glasses which I wanted reglazing, rather than waste perfectly good frames. I was quoted a ridiculous amount just to reglaze the varifocals at my usual optician. Mike from Reglaze Specs has put new lenses in my distance glasses, fitted reactive Xtractive (works in car) varifocal lenses with antiglare coating in my other frames and it cost me considerably less than my optician.
I thought it a good idea to have spare glasses, just in case of breakage. At my request Mike brought a selection of frames to choose from. These again were good value and quality. I have been telling my family and friends about Reglaze Specs. Highly recommend.

Price? Quality? Turn round time? Would I use them again? — You bet I will!

I had a recommendation for this company and thought I'd give it a go - I sent in a pair of glasses for reglaze (£20.70 including both way postage) and within 8 days I had them back and reglazed and the finish of them is really good. I'm really impressed.

Communication with the company is also top notch and they always respond back promptly

I had the best experience in ordering my new prescription glasses from Reglaze Specs. I spoke to a member of the team and he arranged a visit for me to choose my frames at home with plenty to choose from once I had picked my frame he told me it would take a week I had transitions,varifocals,and the lens thinned plus the price of the frames which are stunning by the way I could not believe the difference in price compared to optician prices I am very impressed.
