These guys are scammers. They charged my card for a subscription renewal without my knowledge.

Super easy to use and extremely useful when purchasing a car privately. It’s honestly saved me a few times — I found issues like write-offs that weren’t disclosed by sellers, which gave me peace of mind before committing to anything.

The customer service team is also fantastic — really helpful, responsive, and fair when resolving issues. Highly recommend for anyone buying a car!

I mistakenly signed up for a subscription and after emailing customer support, Marnie was very understanding and supportive. She showed me by using screen shots and detailed explanations how I would've signed up. I admitted my overlook of the steps and fine print as I was in a hurry to get to rego check, I also explained that the unknown subscription charges was a shock for me right now given my recent redundancy. Marnie was empathetic and took all this into consideration and granted a refund, which for me has been greatly appreciated. Thank you Marnie.

I paid $0.99 for a rego check and got hit with a $19.99 subscription charge without clearly realising I was signing up for one.
This site is designed to look like a one-time payment, but it quietly signs you into a monthly subscription. The key details are buried in fine print, not made obvious at checkout.
This is extremely misleading and feels like a trap rather than a legitimate service.
Avoid this site unless you want to deal with unexpected charges and the hassle of cancelling subscriptions.

⚠️ Warning about this vehicle report service

I paid $1 for a vehicle report, thinking it was a one-time fee. A week later, I was charged $19.99 without clearly agreeing to any subscription.

I did not knowingly sign up for ongoing payments, and after checking reviews, I can see many other people reporting the same issue.

This appears to be a pattern where a low-cost report leads to unexpected charges later.

Please be careful when using this service and read the fine print closely before entering your payment details.

Agree with everyone else - purchased report for $2 then 'subscription' fee charged. Trying to login and password not being accepted, reset password not working. Realising been taken for a ride as obviously a scam, cannot even login to access/cancel supposed subscription. Won't be purchasing anything like this online again - caught out :(

I made a mess during the subscription and couldn’t see what was written there, not only they refunded my amount also there way of communication , Just loved that .

Total scam. They are signing you up to a subscription. Not a one time purchase.

Charged me a $1 then scammed me a few weeks later for a monthly subscription i never signed up for.

Very misleading, only in size 3 font fine print is it mentioned.

Very helpful got all the information I needed and when I ran into a bit of trouble the customer service is top-notch 10/10 will definitely use them again

I'm really glad to get such response to my mail, many of them would not even reply such mail. And about the refund it was really appreciated 👍, it's really hard to find such things nowadays.
