Do not trust this company. They have hidden fees charges at the closing date. They will tell you about transparency but operate under made-up names to avoid being traced, it's a big RED FLAG!!!!

Rehab Funding / Rehab Funding Investors is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and engages in deceptive practices. They lure customers in with misleading comparisons to trusted banks but ultimately trap them with unfair terms. Worse yet, they retain your personal records without consent.

Those who leave positive comments about this website or company are usually current employees. Beware and Avoid doing business with them to protect yourself from potential scams.

Worst mortgage lending company do not use

They are a legit and fully trustable company. They come up with great methods to help people like me overcome different challenges to get past my requirements. I look forward to getting more assistance from them and as I slowly build my portfolio. Thanks

These guys are scammers, we were deceived into working for them here in the Philippines thinking they were legit. It took me 3 weeks but didn't get a single cent out of it. They would ask us to entice customers into giving 1% of the loan amount for the total amount to be released to the customer or ask the customer for $995 to receive a pre-approval letter stating that Rehab Funding is backing them up if they decide to get into a contract with the seller. The owners' names are Robert and Jill Berg but whenever they talk to a customer, they instruct us to tell the customers that their names are Michael Gold and Molly Scott. Once you complain about your salary or they see that you are planning to leave, they will terminate you for them not to pay your salary or was ever there a salary in the 1st place.

Extremely ridiculous. Never trust this company. Most reviews are fabricated by them to entice people

Rehab funding is looking for someone to work with them. They will let you sign the contract that your salary will be released weekly but after four weeks stay with the company, nothing happened. When complaining regarding the salary, when it will be released, then you are done. They will kick you out. They will never allow you to speak. They love enticing employees with their sweet promises that they will change your whole life. Money is their motivation but they will not release pay on time for their employee. They gave a lot of excuses. They said, the payroll done but had no proof that it had been transacted or transferred. They are not acting like a professional. I don't know if they are holding any degree. They even argued in front of us. Extreme caution for all applicants in the Philippines. They will not treat you like a person. They will shame you in front of everybody. They don't know how to handle people. I even told them to study basic things to know in handling people and human resource management. Never dare to apply to this company. They have trust issues. They are scared to release the pay because according to them their employee might leave after getting the pay. Rehab funding is one of the stupidest companies that I worked with.

This company claimed that they disbursed 4 billion dollars loans in the US but it is absolutely lie. In fact they can't even pay their employees.

Any time they might change their identity so they can scam Americans and do fake hiring, it's better not to entertain them. They pretend to be legit and study all tricks and angles just to deceive someone.

Recently this company sent an email to us for Cease & Desist or a demand letter that we violated the contract in fact they are the ones who first violated the agreement by not paying us every week as stated in the contract. It was sent late in the evening. If they are professionals since according to them they got a lawyer here in the Philippines, it should be sent during office hours and not late in the evening, after all their scamming business is not officially registered here in the Philippines. Out of more than 50 employees they hired that was signed the contract only a few left as of now most of us left since our pay still not officially processed. This couple plans to return to the Philippines next year for a FAKE mass job hiring. Be careful guys, This company will not mind you even if your family goes starving, when you complain, they say they don't want drama and they will kick you out right away.

Let me start up with the actual facts. (1) on the contract you signed you showed in your bank account on July $94.74
You’re looking to purchase a property in Atlanta, Georgia for $135,000 based on the programs and the guidelines
The contract that you signed, shows that you need more liquidity 25%
Do you want to point fingers at us but you take no accountability for your own actions your credit score is 645 asking for us to fund you 100% loan and 100% rehab with you giving absolutely zero money into your project you don’t even have money to make the monthly payments But it’s our fault.
We have communicated with you. We have worked with you. We have done everything we could to assist you and guide you to get your first fixed and flip started and completed but you have failed yourself, but will not take accountability for your own actions. When you’re applying for loan, we tell you exactly what we need from you in order to get you closed. You failed to get us what we needed to get you closed so explain to me how that is my fault. I hope this clarifies your one star rating which honestly I believe it’s a five star rating because we did absolutely nothing wrong. I can continue further about your file, but I will end it at this note. We look forward to helping you in the future, God bless you be safe and until the next time we speak and we assist you. This company in my view or persons are involved in fraud and theft by deception. They advertise as a Hard Money Lender to Real Estate Investors offering 100% purchase and 100% Rehab on fix & flip residential properties. Once u apply, they require 1% of the total costs. Red Flag, but I was on a timeline and spoke to a person name Veronica Perez, she was pleasant to speak with. I submitted my application, and she took all the info contract, bank statements etc. and then requested a wire transfer for the deposit, I chose Zelle instead. After all papers were signed via esign Term Sheet I had no copies thus I immediately requested copies of what I just signed. She never discussed nor disclosed anything through out the weeks long communication that the deposit was or was not refundable. After she was finished her intake I was then passed off to supposingly another dept called compliance and spoke to Amanda Davis and additional questions were another red flag. Then I spoke to a guy name Timothy White who tells me I need $94,000 to have in cash reserves and that I would have to pay for the initial rehab draw final Red Flag, I stated this is not 100% purchase or 100% Rehab and he said we just want to see that u have it. I requested a refund deposit and was told by Amanda they don't give refunds. Thus we are talking $3,600.00 so where filing a complaint with the Nevada Secretary of State for fraud and I've contacted my attorney to send a demand letter thus moving forward with civil and criminal litigation if refund not provided. I've called and left several messages but no reply to date. Learned company registered with the Nevada Secretary on 3/8/2024.

I worked with Rehab Funding and Ashley they were fantastic. They were open, honest, and patient & answered all the questions. I had. They provided guidance when I felt I needed it & never once pressured or rushed me into a decision. I would work with them again in the future!!

We were extremely pleased with the team service! They jumped through hoops for us and got the process done sooner than was stated.. They were with us constantly. They calmed us down when we were stressed, and they were always happy to answer ALL our questions! I would continue working with them!

Couldn’t ask for a better company. Everything was handled promptly and thoroughly. Carrie and Rachel were great to work with, explained the loan process, and answered any questions. Looking forward to working with them in the future!

Sunday night, my heater failed. On Monday morning at 7:45 a.m., I submitted a service request, and the contractor service technician arrived at my residence before lunch that same day. He was able to fix my unit by lunchtime Tuesday. It is a wonderful service that you rarely receive these days and is greatly appreciated.
