A runner with a knee injury, surprise! Jokes aside the only surprise was the attention to detail, support, and understanding given throughout the treatment.

Sinan was very professional and detailed oriented, from start to finish. He put me on a gradual exercise program to strengthen my leg as the knee overtime was taking most of the impact. The amount of knowledge I have learned from Sinan has been more than helpful so much so I am now running again. Sinan is a fantastic physio and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for any physio treatment.

I hopefully wouldn't need any more physio treatment in the future, but if I do I know who I'll be going to.

Back pain has been disabling on and off for a few years. I was unable to do so many things but, only walking was better, sleeping was a no go area so you can imagine me being cranky from lack of sleep and drugged on pain medication. Meeting Sinan Pehlivanoglu on the virtual assessment was not great and I thought that it is going to be just another of those usual physio sessions. After my first face to face session I was in a lot of pain needing even more frequent pain killers. But in my last session, I had not had any pain medication for several weeks and sleeping very well, I am over ninety percent better from 10 percent. Thank you team, you are awesome.

Excellent and innovative physio for a knee injury, with exercises I have never seen before but targeted the key muscles that needed it. Would highly recommend.

First class physio, Sinan provided a professional and personable service at all times. He patiently listened to all of my issues and worked with me to get me walking without pain again after my horse riding accident. Each week he would give me more extensive exercises to strengthen my muscles and help me improve. Would recommend him 100%, thank you Sinan for fixing me I’m going to actually miss coming to physio! :)

Great service, Sinan always listened and catered every session to specific areas that needed work. His vast knowledge and experience has helped me control my aches and pains and get moving back to a normal routine. Sinan is easy to talk to and he listens to you and helps with any areas that need help. I would 100% recommend Sinan to anybody needing physio treatment.

After so much time of pain and misery with my lower back, I finally feel back to my normal self. Sinan was so great to work with. He really helped me recover from terrible back pain. What was particularly helpful was that Sinan also helped me come to realisation that as much as he could help me manage the pain, I also need to change my mindset and adopt a better lifestyle with much more activities and exercise. Sinan is a fantastic physio . He takes time to understand underlying issues, and is able to take an holistic approach to injury . He is brilliant at demonstrating the required exercises and very thoughtful and practical in his overall approach . I loved all of my sessions with Sinan! He was very kind and great at listening while I explained the problems I was having with my back and hip. He took the time to carefully explain and demonstrate the treatments I could follow, and even after my first session my back felt much better. He also helped me to learn about different breathing techniques and to understand how I could incorporate them into daily life and training to help me avoid injuries in the future. He did a great job, I would definitely recommend him!

I recently completed 4 sessions with Rehab plus and more specifically with Sinan P. I have to say I could not speak more highly of Sinans work. His understanding of the issues I was facing and very clear guidance on the exercises that I could do at home to support the injury was exactly what was needed. He always tested my body for its capabilities and then acted on what he found- it was always a bespoke service and I felt my needs were met with specific actions. The sessions where always fully filled and you certainly get your money’s worth, the focus is always on exercises and modifications of your exercises to further advance your recovery. I have had physio in the past and Sinan is certainly one of the very best I’ve experienced. I would highly recommend his services in particular when it comes to using rehabplus.

Sinan P treated me after my accident and can I just say what an amazing person and physiotherapist he is. He always went beyond while treating me and talked me through things I needed to do at home. He listen to me in detail and carried out his treatment according to my complaints and now thanks to him I can move my neck, no headaches or bloodshot in my eyes.

Sinan was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He not only showed me fantastic strengthening exercises to improve my condition but he also taught me about different aspects like correct and controlled breathing, the impacts of stress and what pain means. I am now pretty much pain free and in a way better place than when I first came to see him. He’s completely changed my outlook on my body and how it functions.
