However team at Reid cycles are extremely helpful and friendly offering good advice.

Decent bike but the service was pretty average. I ordered a ladies vintage bike with a front basket. Got a misleading email saying my bike was ready to collect when it turned out it actually hadn't arrived at the store yet. Then when it actually had arrived and I went to pick it up, the bike was a size smaller than I'd ordered and I was just told that they'd "changed the sizing" without any explanation. The basket also wasn't available on the day which they didn't advise of before going, so now I'll need to drive all the way back again some other time.

We are still waiting for the bike we ordered in November 2020 for our daughter for Christmas. We received an email letting us know the bike could be picked up 22/12/2020, however it turned out the bike wasn’t in Perth yet.
Each time we ring up we are told the bike is in transit and will be next week.

I have been waiting for a bike I bought late November which was showing as “in stock” online, been told it has been shipped before Christmas and hasn’t arrived in Perth yet. Been calling since and no one knows where it is. I can’t believe that you don’t have a tracking system in place for your customers. The staff has been great and helped as much as they can but I paid almost $2k and expected more. USA managed to find Bin Laden, should I ask them to help you find my bike? Where’s is my bike?!
The guys in the shop we're very friendly and helpful. They ensured we got our son's Xmas bike on time for the big day.
Simple to order online. Got a text to tell me it had arrived (within the time frame they had stated). Went to pick it up that day with my son so they could fit the bike to him. All very quick and easy. He is super pleased with his new bike.
Recently purchased a vice 3.0 through the online store and picked up from Balcatta. Staff were friendly and attentive. My only feedback is that they could of spent some time running me though the specifics of the bike and perhaps setting it up for my height and weight, rather than just loading it and waving me on my way.
Advice in store from team was very helpful and they advised best to order online given limited availability in store at the time in selected colours. Received regular updates on arrival times. Bikes were set up and collected from store - and were well set up and ready to ride upon collection. Great value for money.

Good afternoon support,
I’m writing in to voice my disappointment in my first time online order of a bicycle from Reid cycles.
On the 2nd of October I ordered a bicycle as it was in stock online, since then I have received no correspondence or updates from Reid cycles citing its location or Status.
It is now the 27th of October and I’m extremely disappointed about the speed of delivery and handling of the order. I am full aware of the effects of covid-19 and the effects it’s having on postage.
If it is delayed or being held somewhere a phone call or email would of been appreciated so that I know I’ve not completely been forgotten.
I tried to reply a number of times to the support email sent with the order instructing to write above the lines but it never resulted in a reply.

Great customer service and quick delivery
I have placed the order for click and collect weeks ago and called the store to follow up all I was told is they have no idea when the bike will be arriving in stock....I offered to give them my order number but was told that wouldn’t make a difference....still waiting, planning to follow up again tomorrow
