I have never seen so much disrespect for the consumer. You buy things from him that are wrong most of the time and instead of the guy giving you the password so you can access your product, he makes a joke as if you were blind or something like that, when he makes a mistake and doesn't want to solve the problem right away. Anyway, he sells the product but it's you who has to solve his problems.
