A Year of Harassment Over a Cancelled and Refunded Order — Completely Unacceptable
I am writing this review after one full year of dealing with one of the most absurd and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with any online retailer.
In December 2024, my order RD 53851403 was officially cancelled by ReifenDirekt due to excessive delays.
They issued a credit note, confirmed the complete refund of my credit, and marked the case as closed.
I have their official documentation to prove it (also on the last review).
Despite this, for the past 12 months they have repeatedly sent me:
– payment reminders
– “last warnings”
– threats of debt collection
– automated emails demanding money for an order that they cancelled and refunded themselves
They even created a new fake invoice RD 56063561, trying to force me to pay for something that no longer has any legal basis. Every time I responded with their own documents attached, showing that the case was closed, they simply ignored it and kept sending automated threats.
This is not a misunderstanding.
This is a systemic administrative failure and a harassment pattern that no customer should ever experience.
I have now escalated the situation to the Swiss Competition Commission (COMCO) and the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) for a formal investigation into these practices, because this level of incompetence and pressure is completely unacceptable in Switzerland.
If you value your peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding ReifenDirekt until they fix their internal processes.
No customer deserves to be chased for a year over a non-existent invoice generated after a refunded order.
Absolutely disgraceful service.
