The bed itself is very good! Sturdy and has two hight settings. We put ours on the highest and is much more easier for myself and my husband to get in and out of bed! The only issue we had was the time it took to get here we didn’t realise it was a 5-6 week wait until after we ordered the bed. If we would of known before we would of not ordered as the bed we were currently using, the Wyoming Bed that we purchased also from here a few years back, would not go back together after we had to take it down to move. So we went with out a bed for 6 weeks. We also had to chase up what was happening with our bed frame a few times as the oven they use had broken so it delayed our bed for longer. Customer service were always polite, however, I feel communication should of started on their end and also it would of been nice to have a warning before carrying out your purchase a simple “your order will take 5-6 weeks to complete, do you wish to carry on with your purchase?” Would be best so that way you know before you purchase your order. Over all I would recommend this bed but make sure to know you will have a good 5-6 weeks wait on some of their beds!
