When they say this is a brick they are not lying !! Takes a couple of days to get used to but when you do you will never go back to a softer one. Done my back the world of good. Would point out that it is extremely heavy and with the courier company sending out 2 men who were not exactly built for these types of mattresses then I recommend someone or some more extra people to help. I have written to the courier company so they might have dealt with the situation by now. I would totally recommend this mattress to anyone with back issues. I bought the extra deep which I must say was a little too high for me ( it is on top of a divan base which has 2 drawers ) so if you are on the smaller side then take measurements before you decide if the deeper option is the one too go for. 5******

Don't let the name scare you: it is a back sleeper's dream! ​I will admit that I was a little nervous about buying a mattress called "The Brick," but it has turned out to be a fantastic investment. It is also great to support a British made product that actually delivers on its promises. ​ Yes, it is extra firm, but it is a supportive firm rather than an uncomfortable one. As a back sleeper, finding the right level of resistance is difficult, but this mattress provides the perfect alignment. Since I started sleeping on it, I no longer wake up with the nagging back pain I had previously. ​ If you are worried about it being too hard, I highly recommend getting the mattress topper. It adds a layer of comfort that makes the bed feel high-end while keeping the core support solid. It is the ideal balance for someone who wants a plush surface without losing that rigid base. ​ The build quality is excellent and the fact that it is made in Britain gives me extra confidence in its durability. For this price point, the value is hard to beat. If you need real support and want to wake up feeling refreshed instead of stiff, I cannot recommend this enough.

Even before purchase comms were brilliant. All questions quickly & accurately answered so nothing was left to chance. Delivery was but back as (at first) they made the wrong mattress, but within a week we were back on track. The 'Super Firm 2,000 spring' mattress is VERY FIRM, so as expected. The only criticism is there are no handles on the top & bottom. Surely A MUST with a 72kg mattress. You will also need a substantial topper. I already had a 2" coconut & coldfoam topper which was perfect. IMHO a 'duvet style' polyester or memory foam topper wont be enough, you will need a firm 40D (high density) foam topper to make a real 'comfort' difference & still get the same support. All my own opinions but I have been around the block - From Leesa to Ergoflex & to the extent of spending £2,000.00+ on a Tempur Mattress - not my best ever decision! As I write I couldn't be happier. Great service, Excellent Product & even a great delivery team, who wouldn't leave until I was completely satisfied. I think my £619.00 was well spent but time will tell. For now I'm more than pleased.

First brick lasted over the 3 year guarantee. Now onto our second 2400 spring mattress. If you like a firm mattress then look no further. Just buy a brick. Best thing we ever did.
