This is a lovely outfit obtaining it more problematic

This is a lovely outfit, bought for daughters graduation but sure versatile enough that she will have plenty of opportunities to wear.
Reason for three star rating is that I was unable to buy all three pieces on line due to stock levels- I ended up having to drive to nearest store to collect jacket, which of course was slightly grubby from being ‘in-store’ and I did not get the on-line discount! Given that Reiss clothing is advertised on super thin models, surely there should be more supplies of the 8,10 and 12 sizings, given that is clearly the target market!!

Service

Service, delivery & inconvenience of having to chase for a delivery that was never delivered the next day. Appalling service all round. After chasing for a week the delivery was still never deployed.

Impeccable clothing, delivery & return

Service was second to non; charging for delivery on £300 order seemed unnecessary.
Next day delivery as requested, merchandise quality the same. No questions asked return and refund on one unwanted item. Free delivery would have gained a 5.

I ordered Two tee shirts at £48 each

I ordered Two tee shirts at £48 each, got a 10% reduction with a mail I received.
One of the shirts had a mark on the back took it back to next but because I had a reduction on the price I would have to deal direct with Reiss, so went on the chat line to Reiss but they said I could return the item but would have to pay the full price and not the reduced price I had originally paid.

So I sent the item back, disgusting really a company of Reiss standard and the prices being charged. I expected they would have been accommodating as I’ve been a regular customer up to know but will have second thoughts before purchasing again from Reiss.

Turned from a good loyal customer to a very unhappy and disappointed customer, what’s happened to customer service for returning and regular purchasing customers.

The product was perfect

The product was perfect, exactly what I ordered, but whoever packed my order had no respect for the customer. Just because its a sale item, it still needs to be presented as you would a full price item, after all it carries the Reiss brand. I have never seen so many creases on one garment, its as if the garment was taken out of a returns bin and squashed into a polybag. These were not transit creases, it was packed creased and squashed into a bag. Once re pressed and looking as it should have [ when sent] the trousers are great, as are your other products I have purchased.
