Please get your sizing sorted out...

It's the same story really. I have to buy two or three sizes now to get the fit. I can be anything from a 4 to an 8 or an extra small to a medium!! Absolutely love the design and the quality and styles, but the sizing really really does need to be sorted out. The amount of money spent to buy an item that fits is becoming rather eye-watering!;

Reiss

I like Reiss stuff I always find it good quality and reasonably priced at the moment. I’m not buying a lot from Reiss as there are too many dark colours nothing bright and colourful just plan shirts. All their jeans are basic no quality which is a shame. I think it’s just a blip in there buying.

My order went terribly wrong…

My order went terribly wrong.
I requested click and collect to store and after more than a week chasing the order, one item never made it to store and i had to cancel the order.
The communication was terrible.
I will not be making another online order.

Quality, service and trust. Well done!

I love the quality and fit of Reiss clothes. I also love the customer service. I’ve lost count of the times I’ve had bad customer service. You can’t get through to a human, returns take an age to process, staff are unhelpful…the list goes on. Not at Reiss.

Everything is dealt with promptly, the service is great and unlike most retailers now, they don’t seem to be cutting back on quality to boost their margins.

I live the fact you can speak to someone human if you have an issue. Please don’t ever lose this values Reiss. It sets you apart from the rest. It’s the reason I come back again. Trust. Very hard to find in a retailer these days.

Well done Reiss! Oh, and your our perfume is divine! I’ve had so many compliments!

excelent experience

As usual, Reiss provides an excellent shopping experience. It’s easy to browse and choose items on both the website and the app, and the ordering and payment process is simple and straightforward. The in-store collection has arrived exactly on the promised date.

The quality of the clothing is, as always, outstanding. The fabrics and tailoring are excellent, and the clothes fit beautifully. They are comfortable, practical, and enjoyable to wear. At 57 years old, I truly appreciate finding clothing that combines style, quality, and comfort so well.
