Avoid at all cost.

Order placed December 2021. Item never received and no refund. Have tried various methods of contacting them with no luck. Have now began the process of going through small claims court and reporting to trading standards.
Their Facebook page is full of feeble and frankly pathetic excuses for ‘delays’. Yet the business has remained open while existing orders are still pending. I genuinely believe at this stage it’s a scam/con.

Save your money and go elsewhere with your precious inclusions! For heavens sake don’t send them here.

Really bad experience

I agree with the other reviews here, the customer service is truly terrible. I've been chasing what happened to the inclusion kit I sent back in early May for months now, but bar one message saying they'd investigate, they are just not responding to me at all since (I followed the method suggested about contacting on Facebook). I'm now a breastmilk sample down (I can't replace this) and nearly £100. They are just not responding to me at all about the status of my order or whether or not the inclusions were ever even received, so I strongly doubt I'll ever see the piece of jewellery I ordered.

I really don't like leaving bad reviews for independent companies, but I don't want others to order with them and have the same experience as I'm heartbroken about the loss of my sample. Money is one thing, but the sample can't be replaced.

Terrible company, awful quality jewellery

Terrible company. Customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. I ordered a breast milk ring in April 2022, it arrived end of December 2022. The quality was terrible with sharp edges on the silver bezel and flimsy silver band. It broke only 4 months later and the breastmilk stone fell out, which is lost. I contacted Rejewelled and it took 3 months for them to respond. I enquired about how I could return my ring to them for a replacement breastmilk stone but have since been waiting for a response. I'm unsure if I even want a replacement now because the quality of the ring itself was so awful but I spent £100 on a precious ring that I only had for 4 months. Would NOT recommend them to anyone and wouldn't trust them again, especially with such personal, meaningful inclusions.

Terrible customer service & Loss

Be Very cautious about ordering from this company. They made my wife's ring 18 months ago. 6 months for delivery. there was an issue whilst making one of the rings, and the hair was not included. The ring returned along with a second hair sample. Been very patient with the company and, after eight months, started chasing harder. Promised delivery pre-Christmas.... - January Now, and they have stated they have an issue with Hair Sample 1 & Hair Sample 2. Strangely enough, after 12 months of trying to resolve an issue and nearly 18 months since the initial engagement, I have 0 confidence in the company. Upon requesting a refund, the company informed me they are not in a financial place to provide a refund. Be warned. if you enjoy long waits and slow customer response times, go for gold. my advice is to look elsewhere. now having to followup with a refund via the bank as they are not in a financial place to provide a refund and refusing to refund the transaction despite opportunities to resolve amicably. For such a personal piece of jewellery its a shame its left such a bitter taste around the transaction.

If you don’t mind waiting, the rings are lovely!

Whilst the jewellery I eventually received was beautiful, the service was appalling. When I placed my order it took 6 weeks to receive the inclusion kit. I was promised that this would be taken off the 20 week lead time. However, my order took 40 weeks from ordering to being received (literally more time than I was pregnant!!). Once the 20 weeks passed I sent fortnightly emails and most were ignored.
