Machine and service quality - both EXCELLENT
Today I'm happy to share that I've been a loyal customer and fan of Rejuva Fresh for years. Before discovering them, our medspa worked with a range of very overpriced western laser manufacturers. We did once try a cheap device seller on eBay, which was totally fake by the way. But most of all our experience was with the big names like Fotona. While the very expensive lasers are awesome, what amazed us is Rejuva Fresh lasers are also awesome!. Ok so they don't travel to your office to demo the machine and as far as I can tell they don't invest in celebrities. But the machine quality is excellent and we are grateful for being able to majorly upgrade our business with treatments like Emshape Neo, ProteusV and Eris without going bankrupt.
What's even more interesting is that Rejuva Fresh customer service is even better than most of those overpriced ones. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. And most of all they respect and treat us well. I'm happy to share this with you today because I'm really thankful I found such an honest reputable company that's put both the technology and customer first.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW
I purchased the Personal EMShapeR Neo Elite with Upgraded Higher Power specifically for my abdomen. After my first use I had blood in my urine the next 2 days. At first I thought I might have recurring kidney stones, but then remembered I had a urolift procedure a while back (for enlarged prostate). Upon communicating with REJUVA Fresh, I am advised to not use the machine.
Their policy is once you open the delivery, it's yours. There are no returns once opened, EVEN IF THE MACHINE IS DEFECTIVE. Once opened, there are no returns. I now have a $3,500 paperweight.

For clarification: the 30 day return policy only applies to deliveries that are unopened. You open it, it’s yours. No exceptions.
• Machines for which Rejuva Fresh School training has been completed are non-returnable and non-refundable.
You need to go through the training prior to using the machine. So even if you don’t unbox the machine, and go through training, it’s yours.
In order for the Shipping Protection Guarantee to apply, you, the buyer, are required to film and save an unboxing video while you initially unpack your equipment.
• Inspect the shipment upon delivery and document with video and pictures.
• Position the camera on a stable surface in a well-lit environment for optimal clarity.
• Display the shipping label on the camera, found on the package. This label includes the tracking number, address, and product specifics.
• Show all sides of the package to demonstrate that the package has not been opened before, and you are opening it for the first time. Show the sealed wire lock up close which proves the box has not been opened.
• Take a close up video of the process of cutting the wire lock open , opening the box, and removing the padding.
• The entire unpacking, including lifting machine out of the box, must be recorded.
• Once the shipment is opened, please make sure that the product delivered is correct and not damaged.
• Also, check the product from all angles if there is any defect on the product. If the defect is not noticed immediately, we strictly do not entertain any request later.
• In case of a damaged shipment: Once the package is opened, please show the product box's condition in the camera to show any damages on the box and also show the product itself.
• Once the package is opened and repacked just for the purpose of the unboxing video, such a video will not be accepted.
Even if you go through this process, and the machine doesn’t work properly, how do you prove it. You buy it, it is yours.
BUYER BEWARE
Before you spend $3,500.00 on a personal Rejuva Fresh machine, maybe start with similar items that are much cheaper. For instance, Amazon has an electronic muscle simulator for abdomen, arms, and legs that list for $55 and with black Friday sale at $30.

While we naturally have compassion for our client. Mr. Hopkins, the following topics should be clarified:

Rejuva Fresh provides free consultations by phone, chat, email, or at our showroom—virtual or in person. Consultation can be arranged any day of the week—morning, afternoon, or evening. Mr. Hopkins did not have a consultation before investing. Nearly two months later, he shared personal medical information, but he did not report any problems with the device.
2)
When it comes to medical advice matters, Rejuva Fresh support (trainers, sales, customer service, etc.) are ready and willing to provide information drawn from publicly accessible sources.
In this case, it’s well-documented that devices including EMShape and EMSculpt use electromagnetic fields to stimulate muscle contractions and should not be applied directly to areas with metal implants. Moreover, UroLift includes the use of metal implant.

The statement that there are “no returns once opened, EVEN IF THE MACHINE IS DEFECTIVE” is completely incorrect, and we withdraw any speculation as why Mr. Hopkins stated it.
Fact is that Rejuva Fresh professional equipment is backed by our strong shipping protection guarantee and warranty. Our in-house engineers quickly resolve technical problems. In the rare event of an unsolvable defect, a brand new replacement machine is provided free of charge within the specified time frame.

Powerful and effective devices
Rejuva Fresh has some very powerful and effective devices, and I think everyone should know that. The diode laser Elite Smooth Pro we've been using more than two years now continues to do faster treatments (shorter session time) with more effect (only 1 - 2 sessions gives very obvious results) than the ultra expensive overpriced lasers I used in past where I used to work. Now we started using the Rejuva Fresh emshape neo and results and treatment experience itself are both amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I regret my purchase…
I've been using the device intensively for a few months now. I was well prepared and do everything as described. I exercise after the treatment and drink plenty of water. But despite this effort, I don't notice any difference. It's an expensive device that doesn't actually work well. I regret my purchase.
I’ve followed the working of the machine on your youtube film, so i know enough to use it propely. It’s not my ‘unscills’ but really the machine that doesn’t do enough.

Fraudulent purchase
I was denied a refund for the machine that was purchased with my credit card. The machine has never made it to my home, further proving it was not my purchase. Rejuvafreah says they will not refund until I receive my machine and return it perfectly following their instructions.
I will never receive this machine, because it was not purchased by me. It was a fraudulent purchase, and the company is holding my $8700 hostage.

It was a very normal order, nothing unusual about it, for the Perfect Shape Body Face & Pelvic Machine. I see you emailed our customer service that same night, about 12 hours later, around midnight explaining the order was “made by mistake” and you explained you were just browsing for something for your future business. UPS had already sent out your machine by the time we read your email. Please rest assured we’ll process your refund ASAP, but of course we need the machine returned to our warehouse first. I’m sorry for any distress you are feeling and we’re going to call you today to clarify anything as needed. Thanks a lot in advance for your patience.
