Super happy
I'm also super happy with the Rejuva Fresh laser we chose to invest in. We chose the Myriad 4 in 1 because of the many desirable functions it offers including pigment removal, skin rejuvenation, hair removal, skin tightening and a lot more. The machine itself is very high quality, and the Rejuva Fresh customer service is maybe the best I've experienced from any online company. They really listen to their customers and care about delivering quality support - I love that.

Ordered a replacement handle for a new…
Ordered a replacement handle for a new machine we just purchased from them. Documented with tons of videos proving new handle does not work on my machine yet my old handle does. They will not let me send the new part back to get my refund. I have purchased many medical devices from them but I am being treated very rudely & unprofessionally.

I love this company. Both machines we got from Rejuva Fresh have been very good quality. Not only does the equipment itself look and feel high end, even the packaging is made of good materials. Arranging training was much easier than I thought, and they sent me a beautiful certificate after the session! Five star experience all the way!

Effective results, very good for my business
I've been using the Rejuva Fresh InviSmooth diode laser for almost a year in my new clinic, and I am very happy with the results. It's an EXCELLENT system in terms of speed, comfort and versatility. Honestly it took me a long time to decide on a supplier for this investment, but looking back Rejuva Fresh was the obvious choice from the beginning, and I'm so happy with my purchase!

Very Innovative with Great Results
Results have spoken for themselves. I'd like to share with you guys that one of my longtime clients was expecially excited about the recent introduction of Rejuva Fresh Proteus V into our clinic. Her feedback made me so happy! She shared with me that the results from the sessions she did recently have given her more confidence to do more in her life. Machines work wonderfully
We have three machines so far from Rejuva Fresh. All are performing wonderfully and the one we use the most is Proteus RF microneedling. Very profitable machine and good results. I highly recommend the machine and of course Rejuva Fresh customer service is amazing.

High quality, effective results and reasonable upfront investment. Those are the reasons I chose Rejuva Fresh for all of our medspa machines last year. Now I can tell you for sure it was such as good decision. Attracting customers has actually been easier than I thought!

It took 7 days for you to inform me that the product I had ordered was out of stock. After that, I asked several questions about the new product you were offering as a replacement, and it took another 5 days to receive a response.
Honestly, the customer service department has been a disaster. This situation has directly affected my business operations and is forcing me to consider changing suppliers, which is something I would prefer to avoid but may have no choice.

2. The buyer recently ordered a consumable gel product, which has been discontinued due to upgrading the gel product. The discontinued gel is out of stock because it has been improved and replaced by our new enhanced clinical-grade formula with a larger size.
3. A free upgrade to the new formula was offered almost immediately and accepted by the buyer (by email). The package was then shipped out the same week, and is scheduled for delivery in two days.
4. We always appreciate genuine feedback because it helps us offer even better service for the future. Therefore upon receiving this review we reached out to see how we can help. The buyer is now unreachable, with no voicemail service available. When buyer finally answered she claimed to have no knowledge of the purchase.
Great machine, products and exceptional customer service
Best customer service experience I think I've had with an equipment supplier! I've been communicating with Ellen for months regarding different questions, issues, orders, etc. She always answers promptly, is very helpful and goes above and beyond to figure out issues / problems and get them solved quickly. I can not say enough good things about her. I am very grateful for her time and assistance. I'm also very happy with my machine (6-in-1 HydroDermabrasion) and all the different modalities I can now offer my clients that give real results. My clients are getting FABULOUS results from their very first treatments. The machine is easy to use, easy to navigate and doesn't take up a lot of space. It is quiet and very effective. I am very happy with it and even though I just started using it, I am going to be upgrading (probably this year!) to the 15-in-1.

Exceptional Performance and Happy Patients

With Rejuva Fresh we were able to get 6 machines for much less than that, and they've all been performing exceptionally well. Some of these Rejuva Fresh machines like PicoPretty and EMShape are actually more powerful and offer better treatment experience than those multi platform outrageously expensive ones. Our patients are happy, our staff is happy. We've already gotten a great return on our investment.

I've been thoroughly enjoying all the Rejuva Fresh devices we acquired. Especially the 18 in 1 hydra spa infusion ultra glow. It looks and feels very high end and professional, and following the treatment skin is refreshed and glowing!
