I drank my first rejuvenate muscle & it made me sick. I can’t drink and reached out to company for refund no response. I wasted 49.00 plus shipping and tax.

Protein content helps with blood sugar
I have D2 and I find that if my sugar is too high I just have a piece of toast and one vanilla drink and that high protein drink helps bring my sugar number down where it should be.

My family and I was not that satisfied with the taste. Felt chalky tasting and left an aftertaste. Could have been the flavor we chose, which was mocha, and did not like it that you could not mixed up the flavors in the 12 pack.

I used this product for awhile and then…
I used this product for awhile and then stopped due to the cost. I noticed a definite difference in muscle tone. I continued doing everything I was doing before and the only change was not drinking the drink. Now that I've started using it again the muscle tone is coming back. Also I mix it with Collagen which may be helping as well.

Waiting for a change
Even though I do not notice a big difference in my overall muscle health, I expect to see better results when I can return to the gym.
