At first this product did not help me…
At first this product did not help me at all. I wrote and asked for a refund. The reply was empathic and understanding. It stated that if I tried it for 2 weeks and it didn't help a refund would be issued. I want to get of sleep drugs so I am trying this for 2 weeks. So far it's getting better, ; we'll see!

Better than expected
I had been using the oral drops for sleeping and you spray them under your tongue , after several nights I noticed that I could hear liquid in the product but it would no longer spray out it would just dribble out of the spout and run down the side, I sent a simple email to the company and they are replacing that product, honestly one of the most easiest systems to use ever.

Did not pass the trust test
I have seen ads for Rejuvia on Instagram and since I have sleep issues from time to time, decided to look into purchasing the product. The link to purchase says that you can try 'risk free' for 90 days, but what that means is never explained. I looked for a customer service chat link (human or bot) to inquire about it before purchase and there wasn't one. No link to contact access whatsoever. I then came to Trustpilot to look up the return policy and I see that there are quite a few complaints about the process being difficult and you must pay to return the product. Nowhere is that mentioned on their purchase website. Additionally, I reviewed dozens of reviews on Trustpilot and the vast majority are 5 stars for good customer service with no mention of the actual effectiveness of the product, which I am very interested in knowing about. And lastly, the majority of Trustpilot reviews are by people with only one review, and from my experience that is questionable.

Rejuvia's sleep spray has changed my life....I am on the verge of menopause and have struggled with sleep for YEARS. I have tried literally everything. This is the first thing that has gotten me to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep throughout the entire night which has made every part of my life better...energy, mood, etc. Second, the customer service is AMAZING. I have never had any problems with the products until my last order in which some of the nozzles on the products didn't work. They responded to me quickly and immediately sent me replacements for the broken sprays. All around amazing company - I will be a customer for life.

Crappy “Money back guarantee!’
OK, so the product doesn’t work for me. I use Z-Quil at a fraction of the cost and it works a lot better.
But hey, they have a 90 day money back guarantee right!?
What they don’t tell you is, that you have to pay postage to return it when they’re pitching this product is such a fantastic product. Their customer service stinks! I don’t recommend this product. I don’t recommend this company and I don’t recommend their policies!

I was very excited to try Rejuvia
I was very excited to try Rejuvia after reading many reviews. I purchased 2 sprayers and used it the first night after receiving them. It really helped me fall asleep quickly. But after using one of the sprays a few times, I started having issues with it not spraying. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful. After asking me a few questions and me sending them a video of how the container was "spraying" incorrectly, they shipped a replacement the following day. Awesome service!

The ordering process went smooth and easy. Everything made sense and I didn't encounter any pop-ups for products that had nothing to do with what I was looking for, which is rare these days.
Email correspondence from the moment I ordered until well after I received the product has been fast and kind and understanding. I'm an old lady and they have taken it slow with me and made sure I understood everything as I was going through the process of purchasing and using their product.
I have not yet used the sprays yet. I hope I remember to come back and edit my review once I know how they work.
But I can say this, they seem to be a trustworthy and upfront company and not some random shyster company. The fact that they answer emails quickly and it doesn't look like it's AI and it doesn't look like it's as if English is their fifth or sixth language, makes me feel comfortable.
