Be careful with this company.

I decided to give them a try after seeing numerous ads.
I placed a one-off order to give the menopause supplement a try. I never signed up for a subscription, and nothing on my order confirmation said it was a subscription.
Imagine my surprise at getting an email about payment being taken for my subscription. The one I never signed up for.
I tried the supplement, and it did nothing for me. That is not the reason for the negative review. My review is based on the shady business practice and the fact that a tick in the one-off box is ignored.

Stay clear from this company belie the reviews…

Do not use this company really hard to contact.set up subscriptions without your knowledge then so hard to cancel . only realised when second order on its way and payment had been taken I also know I pressed on time only such a con They have just contacted me to say have got to pay at least 3 payments before can cancel not good considering never even signed up for subscription will sort out my bank

Shady

This looks like the only way to contact the company as the online contact form doesn't work. My wife's experience is the same as others, we didn’t sign up for a subscription yet we were billed for multiple months, shady practice indeed. Don't bother responding as it's just going to be the same response everyone else gets. I cancelled through my bank so don't bother trying to take more money.

I only gave one star because there was…

I only gave one star because there was no option to leave none. This is a massive fraud, I paid for 2 bottles the first month, realised it was no good and told them not to send anymore. That was in march, Imagine my shock on realising that although they had not sent any more product they continued to take money out of my bank every month. They owe me 5 months refund but despite emails from me requesting the money back they have not answered. I will now take this issue up with Paypal. Do not buy from these scammers. Can’t wait to see if they reply to this and give me my money, not holding my breath.
Update - They took 7 months of so called subscription money from my account, without sending any goods. When they were caught they came up with some crap about me signing up to a subscription, I never did, but if I had done so, why after February did I not receive any more goods? My battle with them continues. Do not buy anything from them or they will get their hands on your account. They are scammers. Do not buy from them.

Scam subscription

Just as others have said, they completely deceive you into a subscription that you have no idea about. Unfortunately I paid 7 months worth without realizing. They don’t even send any product for the money you are paying which makes it even harder to pick up on

I order a one off order of one bottle…

I order a one off order of one bottle which I received only to find out two weeks later they have taken another payment. Can’t get hold of the company , so will go via my bank to cancel it and get my money back. I did not buy via subscription or VIP offer.

Update:
I have sent several emails to this company, but there has been no response. They seem to be fobbing people of saying they have signed up to a subscription but I know I didn’t. I am so annoyed.

Sneaky and underhanded company

Payments of $34.99 taken out of my account since March following what I thought was a one off purchase for some menopause tablets. Sneaky and underhanded tactics which should be illegal. Complete scam

Complete scam, bought a bottle as a one off purchase, next month they took £29.99 from account and have told me that I will have to pay another £29.99 to be able to cancel a so called subscription . AVOID

I bought this product once and I thought I did not commit myself to membership as why would I subscribe to something I had not tried yet? well, I did not like them and thought nothing more. Only discovered today that for the past 7 months I had being paying a subscription fee of £24.57 per month . There is no login, there has been no products sent.. wtf have a been paying for??? I have raised a dispute with Paypal, as I want a full refund. Total con artists. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to pay money for no account, goods or service. I have been using Rejuvit for a while…

I have been using Rejuvit for a while now. I am 💯 happy with this product . I was beginning to have hot flushes which have since disappeared. I do not have any weight gain . I am sleeping like a baby . I can not fault it . The only thing I wasn’t aware of, was the subscription. They happen to come sooner than you need them and now I have a lot of them which isn’t a problem as I managed to cancel the subscription. I do recommend this product .

This company is a scam. Product arrived so I was happy then I noticed ongoing payments for a "membership" I wasn't aware of. PayPal have not been able to get my money back. Products don't work and falsely advertising 90day money back guarantee yet t&c says 30days.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
