These socks arrived quickly, from Italy to the US, and I was sent emails every step if the way! It was like following a travel blogger except it was my socks! I have started to wear them and my toes are very happy. Thank you for your service and your product!

Relaxsanshop International failled to convey my complete address to the carrier company. I reported and asked to rectify it, and again Relaxsanshop International failled, by ignoring me. Fortunatelly, the carrier company (TNT) telephoned, me asking for my complete address and it was only thanks to them that I received my order.

This is not the first purchase from Relaxsan. The first purchase was toeless hold up stockings, which held up very well but, the colour was far too pale and the cotton content made the stockings too thick. This time I ordered toeless and normal hold up stockings with lacy tops, no cotton content. They look lovely, much better than the cotton. The colour is good too, because they are finer and your skin shows through BUT they do not stay up!! I wore them for the first time today and they were round my knees in no time!! What a shame! The fit of the foot and heel is better than those I had before. Also I must mention that I have had good assistance from their Customer Service and also the delivery has been excellent.

Excellent service, nothing else needs to be added.

Surprised that the store was closed till 28th August for summer vacation. This probably hapens in the continent! However, as soon as the store opened goods arrived within 48 hours.Exactly what I wanted.

Thanks for great service and quality goods! I've made an order of a wrong colour and the managers quickly confirmed they would change the item in the order. I ordered the delivery to Ukraine and it was very fast, with no extra cost.

What was dissatisfying, is discount system announced on the webpage. Discount for Facebook fans is announced as 10%, then you open the page where it is described and even 20% was promised! However, when I made an order, an automatic discount of 5% was added and there was no possibility to change it.

Anyway, it was a pleasant experience, thanks to everyone who was involved.

What an excellent company.
I made a mistake on my order and they contacted me to check that I had put the wrong size, then changed my order to the right size.
My order was delivered within 3 days all the way from Italy.
I shall certainly order again.

Living in Portugal it´s not easy to buy in local shops a product with this quality. This is my second order and I´m very happy it. I took two business days to get the package, very impressed.
