Slowest delivery time ever…

My parcel was dropped off on Monday 11th May from that date I had no tracking information until Saturday 23rd May when the parcel was finally delivered at 5.15pm. I emailed Relay on Monday 18th May to query why my parcel had not been delivered by 15th May as indicated. They responded with s generic email saying that they would contact me within 72 hours, I am still waiting. I think twelve days is an unacceptable delivery period to wait with no up to date tracking information. I will never use Relay again.

Could they be any slower????

Pretty new to Vinted but was having some good experiences until Vinted changed their default shipping method to Relay. I'm not sure who's running this delivery firm, but they are definitely not prioritising speed as part of the service.
Packages seem to sit in the same spot for days and taking longer than a week for domestic delivery seems to be a speciality for this lot.
They were clearly not ready for the influx of business that Vinted sent there way and it shows in the abysmal results.
Can't imagine the folks at Vinted are particularly thrilled with their revenue taking hit due to just how slow this logistics company are. If this continues much longer, I can't see the Vinted hype continuing as good as it has.

Appalling

Appalling, the delivery left our parcel and a neighbour's parcel el (same time and day)outside another property. Did not come to either door but simply dumped outside another house, took a photo and then we both received the email re delivery. Neither parcel was there. Contacting them is a joke!

Not reliable

Did not deliver to safe place ,they threw in hedge by driveway, did not even come anywhere near front.door, absolutely shocking 😳 avoid if possible

Rubbish service I dropped off my vinted…

Rubbish service I dropped off my vinted parcel saw the yellow sticker go on it and got the receipt 2 weeks it took for delivery and then I found out the parcel I sent never got there my sticker went on another parcel to by buyer so wrong item delivered to them what a load of rubbish so I’ve loads a £29 top

Avoid!!!

I sold a shirt on vinted last month, this was the postal ‘service’ chosen by the buyer. I dropped it off at a local shop. About 4 weeks later it was returned saying they could not deliver it. The tracking in the meantime kept saying ‘in progress’. My wife also posted an item after this service was selected. I advised her to contact the buyer and choose an alternative but she was adamant that she wanted to use them, I assume it’s the cheapest option. Needless to say that is also currently not delivered after 2 weeks and cutrent whereabouts mot known. Now blocked in settings on Vinted. I suggest you avoid using them

Finally a company that makes all the…

Finally a company that makes all the other courier companies look good. Supposedly they attempted to deliver my parcel, but I was in the house and never heard the doorbell ring and they could have left it in my safe place but they didn't and they were going to retry the next day, bit half way through the next day they changed the delivery date to today and now it is not even out for delivery. I don't think I am going to receive it now.

Avoid at all costs

I’ve used relay for 3 parcels from Vinted, haven’t received one. First one, parcel was empty. Parcels 2 and 3 went missing in transit.
I’ve been waiting for 4 days for relay to contact me regarding the issue, cost per support is as bad as the service.
Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely useless! 3 days in a row - same msg, parcel being delivered today with time slot then it doesn’t turn up. Online form doesn’t work, no way to contact them!

Worst company ever

Worst company ever!
They send you a what's app message saying out for delivery, then send you a notification saying delivery attempt failed (no delivery attempt was made) and then it said rescheduled . . its now over a week later, no parcel and no contact, they don't get back to you, and the tracking has stopped updating saying they will try and update with in 72 hours. dont know why companies are still using this shambles its not the first time a parcel has been sent to me by a company with them, AND EVERY SINGLE TIME THERE IS A PROBLEM.

DO NOT USE RELAY

I wish I could rate it none. Terrible. Don’t ever use this for your VINTED parcels. Came incredibly late. My daughter was very upset and didn’t get her toy. Don’t ever use this! Load of crap.

Shocking

Shocking. Dont deserve to be in business. Been promised a delivery all day started by saying it would come this morning and finally tonight it would be here by 11pm. Checked the website at 11pm and now its delayed and they will contact us within 48 hours!! This is not acceptable. Clicked on the contact us button, and guess what! It does not work!!

Never attempted delivery of the item I sent but said there was a problem so it was returned to me. Never received it and their customer service is useless, very slow to respond and not helpful when they do. Will never use again.

AVOID - Far and beyond the worst delivery service available

Far and beyond the worst delivery service available and I strongly recommend never to use them as the parcel will most likely go missing and then on top of that frustration of them losing your item you will have to deal with their unbelievably terrible policy of having to wait an entire month for them to look into it? Absolutely useless and I regret so much using this crap company.

Bunch of wankers!

Bunch of wankers!! Instead of delivering to your home address which they are paid to do they send a WhatsApp message to say they are delivering to a pickup point for you to collect. This company is just a scam. NEVER EVER have I experienced a "company" that has such a blatant disregard for it's services to customers.
