The reviews are all terrible and I can only speak from two experiences but my driver has accurately followed delivery instructions both times. Evri and Amazon cause me so much stress because they leave my parcels in the communal areas or list as delivery attempted when I leave clear instructions how to access my building and to leave outside my front door. Relay is the only company that have done this. Thanks and props to whoever delivered my parcel from Temu in Cherry Sutton today.

THE DOOR BELL WAS NOT RUNG OR KNOCKED ON TO INFORM OF DELIVERY........

THERE IS A SIGN ON THE DOOR WHICH STATES RING THE BELL.........

THIS IS NOT A SECURE PLACE TO LEAVE THE PACKAGE AS IT IS A MULTI TENANTED BLOCK. THIS MEANS THAT PEOPLE HAVE ACCESS TO THIS AREA - IN WHICH WAY DOES THE DRIVER DEEM THIS TO BE SECURE? ANYONE COULD HAVE PICKED THIS UP. WORSE EVEN IS THE FACT THAT THE RECIPIENT WAS AT HOME AT TIME OF THE DELIVERY! IS THERE ANY REASON WHY THIS HAPPENS SO FREQUENTLY WITH RELAY?

Beyond Evri terrible, that’s how bad they are. No tracking, no information, no collection dates, no delivery dates. It took Relay 6 days before they collected my parcel from central London, a further eleven days before they delivered it 500 miles away from the intended destination. It eventually turned up broken, packaging missing and a hand written address on a piece of paper wrapped only in an elastic band. They’ll hopefully be gone before the Xmas rush. Absolutely shocking company.

should be less than 1, shows parcel to be delivered photographed in the delivery drivers hand in my letterbox but parcel was not dropped in side. I have tried to contact them but have been unable to do so

Collecting a parcel from a relay store. On scanning my QR code, I was told to go and search for my parcel in a large bag containing at least 80 other parcels, each with identifiable personal details. It was time consuming and non-accessible for anyone with a disability, and a considerable burden for the shop vendor in a busy store. A very quick and easy service to use as a seller, not as a buyer.

Delayed my package by a month, customer support is useless.

Parcel delivered to the wrong address
I tracked my parcel throughout the delivery process until I received notification that it had been delivered. However, the parcel was not delivered to my address.
The delivery photo provided as proof of delivery also clearly shows a property that is not my address. I have checked the photo carefully, and it is definitely not my property.
I am very disappointed with the service. A delivery should be made to the correct address, and the photographic proof should accurately show where the parcel was left. In this case, neither happened.
I hope Relay will investigate this matter and improve their delivery procedures to prevent this happening to other customers.

Worst company. This delivery company needs to disappear because how can a delivery take over a week only including working days like if your ordering from vinted don’t order using Relay

They NEVER attempt to ring the doorbell. I have had parcels stolen from my doorstep in the past, even though I was in!. I did manage to pull a driver up on the way they dont attempt contact, but very little English spoken or understood. She did ring the bell the next day, but with so many drivers they need better training- How hard can it be. Taking pics without ringing should not be considered delivered? Excellent info via whatsapp, but thats no good if you dont have your phone with you. 2 stars is for the whatsapp service.

Completely useless. Took them four days to even move the parcel from when the seller had sent it off to them. Avoid if you require postage within a suitable timeframe.

I sent a parcel to a buyer and the item turned up damaged with worn marks that weren’t there before.

Utter rubbish! Showing out for delivery fir 3 days and still not delivered.

Sold something on Vinted and Relay was the delivery service chosen.
Parcel was never delivered to buyer because for some reason they couldn’t receive it at collection point and was supposedly returned to me . When I went to collect it wasn’t there , made multiple attempts to collect and the guy couldnt scan my code as it said it wasn’t in their inventory even though i kept getting several texts reminder to go and collect it before the deadline .
The Vinted buyer got the refund and now I am left with no item and no money 😭😭😭 I am really struggling to understand what actually went wrong . Vinted is dealing with it but it could take over a month for them to comeback to me .
Do not use Relay

relay delivery service , i have receive on email from Relay my parcel from shein will be deliver today between 10:20 to 14:20 i was at home waiting ,after i received on email said the delivery was 11 mins away ,i was waiting for 8hours no relay didn't delivery, didn't show up after i receive and email to say no one was not at home and delivery abnormal ,this is not the first time this has happen ,they are scammer and i need my parcel, they didn't attended to my address ,

3 items now gone 'missing' through Vinted sales. Pretty sure they're not lost!!! Affects sellers cash flow as you have to wait 25 days for the item not to show up for compensation. They make Evri look reliable which is saying something.

Received a call from a delivery driver who barely spoke English trying to deliver a parcel to a business at 8.30pm. Tried explaining our business hours and asked for delivery tomorrow during working hours. He didn’t understand stand.

Photo received of parcel hanging out of letter box but either relay driver stole package or someone else as doorstep is on public path where people walk right past our front door . The parcel obviously wasn't pushed right through door as parcel wasn't there !!!

Think they have bitten off more than they can chew as new company!

I use these a lot for Vinted, as a buyer and seller and parcels are constantly delayed, not being picked up until days after they are dropped off. Need to get more drivers if you want to be a reliable company

They threw the parcel over a 6ft fence onto concrete its electrical. The said they where coming yesterday waited all day. The arrived today didn't ring or knock threw it over the fence. Don't use them and don't order from firms that do.
