Relay? More like delay.
Absolute joke of a company. Sent a parcel that I sold on vinted on a Monday, by Wednesday the following week the tracking was still showing that I'd not sent it. The buyer requested a cancellation through vinted, which meant I'd lost the value of the item. You'd be better off catching a town pigeon and strapping the parcel to that than use these clowns.
I contacted customer services twice to resolve the issue, and I've still not heard back.
To the buyers credit, when it eventually reached him after two weeks, he reached out to arrange payment.
First and last time I'll send anything with these incompetent clowns.
Even WORSE than Evri!
How does this company keep going? Almost every parcel I’ve purchased through Vinted seems to be sent via Relay and is either late or lost. The current package has been waiting 6 days to be collected. Do yourself a favour and use Royal Mail instead. They’re not perfect but I’d rather pay £1.50 more knowing that my parcel will arrive at its destination on time!
Used them once and they lost an £80…
Used them once and they lost an £80 parcel, will never use a second time
Got home to find a parcel dumped…
Got home to find a parcel dumped through my window which is not even for me,telling the neighbours that they had handed it to me.Disgusted with this companys behaviour..
Delivered to wrong address
Delivered to wrong address, nobody home and no parcel
Inconvenient collection locations
Picked up 2nd package delivered by Relay, whom I never heard of until a couple of weeks ago.
Both times the only choice to collect from where small high street shops, no parking of course and highly highly inconvenient but I guess very cheap for the seller!
I would not recommend, reminds me of Evri.
Once again
Once again, the package was delivered to the wrong address; she didn't feel like driving the 20 miles to my house, so she left the package at a different address.
If I could score a minus I happily…
If I could score a minus I happily would do. Still waiting on a delivery which is now four days late. A 'TWO BOB' Mickey mouse outfit who shouldn't be allowed to operate.
They are robbing people.
Another parcel not delivered by relay
Another parcel not delivered by relay, this time returned to the seller and not delivered to her - either, so two failed deliveries. No contact phone number for customer service. I raised a complaint by email 10 days ago , no response. They actually say they have so many it could take 72 hours to not respond . AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE,
How is this company still going haha…
How is this company still going haha and why on earth are places like asos using them….. there hired to deliver and they can’t do it, they must be costing companies that use them ridiculous amounts of money, in lost custom and refunds
Dreadful
Dreadful. Tracking is awful to non existent. Pay the extra and stay with Evri or Yodel.
Delayed delivery
Expected a delivery from Relay and as expected "the severe problems on the road" excuse came into play. They said they will try today or tomorrow or within the next 2 working days. God knows when I get my order. I didn't pick them but sadly the seller decided to use them. CS is useless, only copy/paste response, no information. Judging by the reviews on here, I can most likely write my order off, meaning that I have to ask Shein for a refund. Why they pick bad couriers like this is beyond me.
AI Slop
They will not remove my details from their system despite me never using their services and someone obviously giving my details by accident. I've been waiting 2 weeks for a reply from their support service, there is absolutely no way to speak to an actual human. Frustrating, infuriating and useless.
Relay has to be the worst delivery…
Relay has to be the worst delivery service in the UK twice in the past month they have lost my parcel in future before I order anything online I will find out what delivery service they use and if its relay I wont order
The customer service is awful
The customer service is awful. Right I ordered a new phone case from Shein for my Samsung galaxy A55 phone. And I accidentally pressed for it to be collected so I put in a request to cancel the collection and get it sent to my honey address. They didn't follow the correct instructions and still sent it for collection instead of home delivery to my home address like I put in my request
They cannot follow simple delivery…
They cannot follow simple delivery instructions.
I would like my item left, if there is no response from the door knock, where I have requested it to be left NOT my door step
Doesn’t even deserve 1 star!
Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Truly dreadful courier who clearly employ an army of incompetent delivery drivers.
I waited 2 weeks for delivery of a dog harness, only for this useless courier to claim to have delivered the item, but their delivery photos show it left on a driveway at some unknown location - certainly nowhere near my post code and just left lying on a driveway at wrong location! Dreadful! To be avoided at all costs - shouldn’t be allowed to operate, and any business that uses these cowboys is equally poor.
Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish! One parcel delivered to wrong address, one lost parcel and no one to be held accountable, the worst service ever!
ABSOLUTELY Crap stay clear …
What an absolute shambles this company is ….sent a package via Vinted and it’s been lost … the so called parcel service they claim to be to is more like a scam you send an item and they keep it instead of delivering it….
Honestly if I could give less than 1 star I would SCAM company stay clear DO NOT USE THEM …. STAY CLEAR SCAM COMPANY
This has been by far the worst delivery…
This has been by far the worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced. My delivery window kept changing throughout the day—it was initially scheduled for between 11:00 and 17:00, then moved to 17:30–19:00, and later changed again to 19:20–21:15. At this rate, it feels like my parcel is never going to arrive.
The constant delays and lack of reliability are completely unacceptable. I genuinely thought Evri was the worst courier service, but this company has managed to be even worse. I will never use this unprofessional delivery company again, and I would strongly advise others to avoid them as well.
