I was really worried about my delivery…

I was really worried about my delivery having looked at reviews, but my experience was fine. Nothing special, but nothing bad. Typically people review bad experiences for often than positive or neutral ones. Will I choose relay again? Probably not due to the amount of negative experiences reported but overall I'm happy with the service I received

Only gave one star cos I couldn't give…

Only gave one star cos I couldn't give a minus. Relay are an awful company. My parcel was delivered to next street same number, When I found the house the man who I knew said he Refused to take the parcel But the delivery guy still took the picture at his house Now I don't know were my parcels gone. I can't request a refund because it's showing as delivered and no one from relay has got back to me #Fuming/Dissatisfied/Disappointed

Relay is a scam

Relay is a scam! I sent a parcel and instead of receiving my package, the recipient received a completely different one. I contacted Customer Service 6 days ago and nobody has even bothered to reply!

Are you kidding your customers?! Give me my money back for the parcel!

Don't even deserve a 0. An appalling service. AVOID, you contact anyone, dont deliver parcels. May be a cheap courier but you either dont receive or it takes weeks to arrive

Awful service

Terrible customer service.. I bought an item from Vinted and this parcel company managed to put my shipping label on the wrong parcel! Since then they have not responded to a single email except the automated response that they would be back to me within 72 hours.. well its been over 190 hours and I’m still waiting! If you are sending an item from Vinted definitely do not select this company to deliver!

Wrong label attached by Relay and no idea where the item I sent is now!!!

Sent item sold on Vinted and dropped off at shop who just put a yellow sticker on the parcel. The parcel stayed at the shop for a week at which point I contacted Relay and the parcel was collected. An item was delivered but it wasn't the item I sold! The postage label that had been attached at some other point in the delivery process had been mixed up and instead of a pair of leggings the customer got a random bag! Its been over a week since I raised the query both with Vinted and Relay and no response. I've removed Relay as an option now - never again!!!

Deliveries attempted (apparently)…

Deliveries attempted (apparently) around 8pm and on a Sunday afternoon for a business address. Can't speak to anyone and now the delivery has (apparently) had too many delivery attempts.. so where is it now.

Avoid these jokers, I'll open a dispute with the sender.

‼️WARNING TO ANYONE USING RELAY DELIVERY 😡

I am extremely frustrated with Relay Delivery.

My parcel was marked as "delivered", but the delivery photo clearly shows it was left at a completely different property. Despite this, the tracking was updated as successfully delivered and I was left without my parcel.

This is not a minor mistake. Delivering a parcel to the wrong address and then marking it as delivered causes inconvenience, stress, and wasted time for customers who now have to chase both the courier and the retailer.

I've submitted a complaint and expect Relay to investigate immediately, recover the parcel, and explain how such an obvious delivery error was allowed to happen.

I've worked as a courrier for one shift…

I've worked as a courrier for one shift and given up.
I was asked to go to a local ship and get the big delivery bags, then I'll have to scan and sort the parcels roadside or in the car park, while everyone looking at me weirdly, it will take me about 25 mins , then they want me to deliver 50 parcels in 2 hours. Every time I deliver I have to take 2 pics, which then has to ve verified which takes its time depends on the mobile coverage. Th3 delivery app drains the battery so much.. I literally have to have it plugged in between every delivery.

Anyway how the heck am I suppose to deliver 50 parcels in 2 hours , after spending time to scan and short, and they paid 68p per parcel. What the heck man.. no wonder how the customers are leaving you guys bad reviews.. it needs to start from looking after the courriers.

Absolute rubbish company. I'll never work a shift for you again.

I had never heard of Relay and wish I never had!

I had never heard of Relay before my buyer chose them to deliver her parcel from Vinted. The item she received had her address on it and also another Vinted customer and the parcel she should have received from me is nowhere to be seen. How is this company still in business is beyond me. Since looking into them it would appear that very few of their customers are happy with the service they provide. Absolutely shocking. It seems it a common occurrence for parcels to go AWOl and now I'm out of pocket by £15 because the brand new shoes I was selling will have to be refunded. Don't touch these people with a barge pole.

Given a delivery window, not sure who that was for as it wasn't something they were using.
Eventually got a message to say that they were 5 minutes away, another 15 minutes later and got a notification saying it had been delivered?
Where? Someone else's house down the bottom of the street. Luckily, they'd taken a picture so we knew which number it was and had to go and retrieve it from their bin.
Courier obviously needs their eyes testing, or maybe they don't care. Will avoid at all costs in future.

Absolutely awful delivery service

Absolutely awful delivery service. Dropped a parcel off over a week and a half ago and no one collected it. Was told by the shop owner there was about 30 other parcels also waiting to be collected. A driver has since collected on the 13th day of it being sat in the shop and again nothing regarding the tracking had updated nor has my buyer received anything. Extremely poor given the other services available that can deliver next day. Your shein parcels from china would get to you quicker, avoid this company

Totally useless

Totally useless! I wanted to change my pick up with them, and they say they have no such service in my area. That's funny because last three parcels I picked up from my local shop. Relay sort yourself out!

Horrendous service

Uodaed me via WhatsApp 3 stops away 10 mins away never arrived then got a message saying delivered and photos of just some random gate and no clue where it was left. How can you just leave a parcel just anywhere.. Another idiot.. Will never order anything if they use this courier. Very dissapointing.

So slow - still waiting for delivery!!!

So slow! Took over 2 weeks for my Vinted parcel to be scheduled for delivery. I waited in all day and the time slot is getting later and later. Absolutely awful! Will not buy any Vinted items if this is the delivery method.

Tell you they've failed delivery when…

Tell you they've failed delivery when they havent even tried. Wait in all day, told 2 stops away then nothing. Just a message to say they attempted delivery, to who? Not me, ring doorbell showed nobody and I was in all day. Not the first time either. Useless company
