Never used this company before but sell alot via Vinted and 2 parcels sold using this company.
The first parcel was stuck on 'courier collected' for days, i emailed them amd was ignored then had notification that it may be lost.
2 parcel has been on 'received' for 4 days so waiting for the notification that has grown legs too!!
I have emailed again but not holding my breath!
I have now taken them off my Vinted profile.
I sent a parcel via Inpost 2 days after the Relay on and that has been delivered and completed!
I had never heard of Relay and now I know why because they will collect parcels but not deliver! Probably keep it all and then sell on themselves because you cant possibly lose everything legitimately
Absolutely shocking delivery service

I have now posted 8 orders through Vinted and every one is delayed. Can’t believe Vinted use them.

Do not use. You will not know when your package is being delivered and if it’s the correct parcel or not. Lack of concise tracking updates and updates are vague at best. My partner placed an order with Evri through Vinted and it arrived today (Evri takes 4 days from processing to delivery). I ordered a parcel from Relay 10 days ago and it is still sat at their sorting warehouse, reading other reviews this is the same for many other customers. Sloppy and cheap. It seems they have no customer service team either; support requests are done via email with no response. They don’t have a customer service phone number either so…. Use at your own risk, I’ve learned my lesson and will stick with Evri or In-post!

If I could, I would give 0 stars. Appalling service and delayed delivery because of parcel being lost by the courier. Avoid at all costs. Vinted should stop working with this provider!

I would give zero stars of I could. Just as bad as Amazon. Delivered my parcel to someone's recycling bin, luckly I recognized the door to find the parcel but can't even deliver to the correct address.

It's not that difficult to read a door number.

Keeps getting delayed, no information on when it would come, and contact us button on website doesnt even work

The person delivering does not know how to use a letterbox or a doorbell. Not a company I would choose.

I have sent five parcels with this company in the last week, all five are lost. No tracking info after the courier collected them. No response from customer service. No idea what is going on. Hundreds of pounds of goods missing. It's like throwing packages into a black hole.

I have disabled Relay from my Vinted and urge everyone to do the same. Absolutely baffling how Relay can be so bad at this.

Shocking courier service and zero customer service as they never come back to you! They have lost four of my parcels and now taken them off my Vinted. At least other couriers look into where the parcels are. Definitely avoid!!

Unacceptable. Relay makes Evri look like a reputable, premium service. They seem to have lost my vinted parcel which was supposed to be a birthday gift. 8 days since the courier picked it up and no update since. 4 days and support still hasnt gotten back to me. Now thanks to relay I have to buy the item again at a significantly higher price.

Sending messages all hours in the morning

Relay has now lost 3 of my parcels in the last week and I have to wait 28 days for refund. A fourth parcel is also looking like it’s stuck with courier. Disgraceful service, why are they still allowed to trade? What is happening to all the lost parcels, someone somewhere is profiting from this and it certainly isn’t the seller or buyer!

Crap delivery company. Never sure where its going to be delivered. When it turns up at your address they dont knock your door but deliver to you back up address. Absolute rubbish company and Vinted should bin them.

If I could give zero stars I would, 1 star is far to generous. P1$$ poor tracking information and parcels taken ages to arrive.
I've deleted Relay from my Vinted account and urge everyone to do the same.

Absolutely dreadful!! My parcel delivered 2 streets away along with other peoples parcels from other addresses!! Absolutely rubbish!!!

Relay have lost two of my parcels in the last week.

Will never use them again, sounds like this actually is a common experience. How is it possible they're still in business.

Would not use again if at all possible. Sent Vinted parcel through them. Their scanner didn’t register my parcel but it was taken from the shop…never to be seen again. Emailed Relay for some help to track it…no response. Don’t use this service if you can help it!

absolutely shocking. they make every other delivery companies look like they are at the top of there game, and relay are worse then the time of the Hermes times! so many lost parcels, late parcels waiting 2/3 weeks for a UK delivery sometimes longer! and I'm getting messages my parcel when it's ready to collect but it's not, was a false message. it's just getting worse. I would say avoid like the plague! I've now removed them of as a choice as delivery on vinted!
the whole process of delivery seems good and easy on paper, but as soon as it's in the hands off them it all goes wrong! to get hold of customer service is non existent. just a joke!

First time ive used th via vinted and they have lost my parcel. What a joke of a company.
