Maya from Relay Financial has been helping me with the complicated process of vesting and transferring ownership of the account from my previous partner to me. She handled the legal documents internally and assisted throughout the process. She provides such great customer service.
Do not use this bank. I contacted support to close my account after my credit card was used for a fraudulent charge (before I ever even used the card). After they told me it was closed, the card was fraudulently charged twice more. They never told me what the solution was, or gave me a guarantee that my credit card would NOT be used anymore. Incredibly risky, and not a verifiable bank.

Warning to fellow small-business owners: Relay Financial placed my business account on Apr 13 2026 into a “holistic review,” froze my debit cards, and blocked transfers—locking up about $2,500, every operating dollar I had. I provided every document they requested that same day and their Account Protection team acknowledged receipt, yet over a full week later to right now. I still have no timeline, no explanation, and no access to my own funds. The silence and missed promises of updates have disrupted tax filing and day-to-day expenses. Use caution if you need reliable, timely access to your balance.
*Update: The hold on my account has now been lifted. However, no clear explanation was provided beyond “compliance reasons,” and the week-long delay with limited communication created avoidable disruption for my business.
