Positives - Quick transfer, cheap rates
Negatives - No transaction number provided, no email confirmation until after transaction complete, website refreshes immediately after customer payment, a bit tricky to find orders pending & past on user profile.

Hi, we are really sorry for your experience. We tried to reach you yesterday about this case. The summary is we found out that the expected transaction amount was $450 AUD but you sent us $400 instead and then created another transaction afterwards with correct amount. Our current business model is non custodial and depending on exact $ transfers for the secured crypto price for the purchase transaction, this is why your transfer became orphan and refunded to original account.
