Intuitive and elegant
"It Just works"
Extremely impressed with Relay Pay, it made receiving an AUD payment from crypto simple.
Start to finish it was less than 30minutes to set up an account, verify and have the money in my bank account.
The user interface is intuitive and elegant, really can't rate this high enough.

Honest reviews
Due to exchange withdrawal limitations, I have done two transactions, and both of them went successfully. For Relaypey users, the most important thing should be patience. The 25-minute timer shouldn't interrupt, and you need to wait until the transfer is successful. For me, that happened after 15 min.Good website, prompt answer from support… will use it again.

Transfer delayed due to user error.
Transfer occurred okay. But significantly delayed due to my error on the transfer amounts. Better communication of the issues in a timely fashion would help perceptions tremendously.

Use the first time was great. To log in again the next day wasn't. It was asking me for Verification on my Authenticator app??? No idea what it's talking about. Don't have one on my laptop. Usually digits are sent in a message to my designated mobile ph. But no, not here.

Amazing, needed to convert USDT to AUD and get it to my CBA bank acocunt. I sent $250 as a test and figured i'd get it next week.
it was there in under 6 mins and didn;t even get held up witht he usual 24 hour hold nonsense.
