Poor Product & Poor Service

I purchased a FasciaWave from releaseyourfascia.com on May 5, 2026 and they waited until May 19 to ship the product out from China. The product arrived in Canada on May 24. Today is May 29.

It worked for the first day, but now it does not even turn on. The battery won't take a charge from the dock or cable. There was no instruction manual included in the box.

I tried contacting customer support a few days ago. It's been more than 48 hours without any response. No one answers the phone number on the website. I tried contacting on Instagram where I first saw the ad. No response so far. Now I realize their Instagram account is only 4 weeks old and this could be a scam.

Since the marketing suggested the brand to be high-end, I paid $137 CAD even though there are comparable fascia devices available for $59 CAD from competitors. I see the current price is now $349 CAD. It seems very unethical if they experiment with pricing like that on real unsuspecting customers.

They took my money and now I'm stuck with a dead device. There seems to be no way of getting a refund, exchange, or even help troubleshooting.

It brings me no pleasure writing this review. I would prefer to have a working device. Unfortunately, all I have now is a useless piece of plastic, so I have to warn others. Please make better shopping decisions than me.
