WARNING.. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.. JUST MONEY

Update 2: what’s the point of responding if you literally just respond with the same message you first responded with??seems pretty sarcastic and rude to me.. but yeah.. Spokane office has already explained to me what’s going on with the insurance stuff and my totaled car.. I had to apply with Lynnwood office for financing for a REPLACEMENT car as I’m currently stuck here right now cuz of the accident.. Lynnwood office not only said they would VERY LIKELY approve financing a second time based off my great history with the office in Spokane … and then turned around and denied the first car I tried.. but when I called to find out why… they blamed the dealership I called dealership and they said reliable made the decision to deny.. not them. When I called reliable back they refused to tell me why.. cut me off and then transferred me to the Spokane office for no reason as Spokane does not finance here.. and I’m currently stuck HERE because my car was totaled and I have too much stuff here to take a bus or plane BACK to Spokane, including my daughters service pet.. so yeah Lynnwood office is horrible .. Spokane office has been helping me understand what’s going on with my totaled car but can’t help me with financing for a replacement as I’m stuck in Seattle.. but Lynwood said they would help, turned around and denied financing on a car same price as my totaled car was, tried to blame the dealership and when that didn’t work out, refused to give me any answers and transferred me to the Spokane office who can’t finance me since I’m not in Spokane.. and now just keep responding with the same exact message. Why would I bother calling again? When I did I was given the runaround and rudely transferred for no reason after receiving zero answers.. I’m good

UPDATE: In Response to their response.. I tried getting answers from the Lynnwood office they refused to explain anything then proceeded to transfer me abruptly to their Spokane office .. who. Was who I financed through prior to the accident.. which was pointless cuz they can’t finance me in Spokane since I’m stuck in Seattle right now.. SO LIKE I SAID they just keep giving me the run around and answering zip.. ******

My car, financed through them was rear ended and totaled 6 mos after I bought it I called them as I was not at fault and they told me they’d be likely to finance a replacement.. well I was denied.. even though the totaled price plus my gap insurance will pay the loan in full. I had also called to let them know about the accident, as the dealership I bought it from had said I should so they weren’t surprised by it .. and I’m pretty sure they pushed the at faults insurance to total my car instead of repair it.. now I’m stuck in a city where I know no one as I was out of town when this happened and now my car which was temporarily my source of income via delivery apps while I was out of town.. is gone so me and my 13 year old are now stranded with no way home .. when I called reliable to ask why I was denied they tried to blame the dealership so I called the dealership I tried getting a replacement from and they said no it was reliable that denied and I was just given the run around… RELIABLE CREDIT IS FAR FAR FROM RELIABLE AND WILL NOT HESITATE TO SCREW OVER GREAT CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE ALWAYS PAID ON TIME IN THE END! DO NOT FINANCE WITH THEM!!!!

Hi Wendy – We’re very sorry to read about your situation. As our Assistant Manager previously told you, we have no control or influence over the decision made by the insurance company to total your vehicle. You need to contact the insurance company if you have questions or concerns about your claim. Regarding financing for a new vehicle, Reliable did not guarantee that it would be able to approve financing for you. All Reliable told you is that it would review an application. A dealer submitted your credit application to Reliable for a vehicle purchase on terms set by the dealer. Reliable was not able to approve your application on the terms requested by the dealer. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please call the Lynwood branch and ask to speak with the manager.

9/30: Hi Wendy - Thank you for speaking with our Lynnwood branch manager on September 26. We are happy to hear you have no concerns with the Spokane branch and your insurance claim.
We believe we have addressed your concerns regarding your application for financing but if you have additional questions, the Lynnwood branch manager is happy to assist you.
