Refuses to follow contract
This vendor did work for our company, did not follow the contract, was told repeatedly how to submit his paperwork properly, refused, and then made complaints about us on Trustpilot. Doing the admin work is just as important as the field work. Leaving a bad review when you've done incomplete work is just not right.

From our perspective, we have completed all the work that was requested. However, two invoices remain unpaid.
We are not lawyers or legal administrators; we are a handyman service company. We have tried several times to call and discuss this matter, but unfortunately, we have not been given a proper opportunity to explain our position or receive clear guidance.
If additional administrative steps are required, we are willing to cooperate and complete them. However, we need clear instructions on what is missing and what exactly needs to be provided.
At this stage, we simply ask for a fair opportunity to speak with someone, clarify the situation, and resolve the outstanding invoices.
