One of worst service of reliance from…

One of worst service of reliance from store to customer care. First they trap you to buy products inclusing installation and service and after payment they think they have given the product for free. No one turns up for serive and installation. Better to buy from some reliable dealers reliance digital is just for name sake. Worst dealers of products on earth.

I had a very bad experience with reliance digital.

I had a very bad experience with Reliance Digital installation service.The technician did not complete the installation properly. He only installed part of the RO system and left the rest unfinished. The fitting is loose and poorly done. He didn’t even install all the components that came with the product (like the bottle).What’s worse, some items (like pipes and parts) are missing after he left, which is very suspicious. It feels like parts were taken away. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.I have been trying to contact the technician, but he is not answering calls. There is no proper support or follow-up from the company.Very disappointing service. I strongly do NOT recommend their installation service. I would give 0 rating if possible.i would not recommand purchasing anything from reliance digital. this is my honest review...purcasing aquaguard from them is my horriable experiance..

Poor ResQ service

My 65 inch LG TV is under warranty, has got the issue, sound mode is continuously changing on its own. I tried to fix from setting options, but couldn't do on my own. I lodged a service request on 28.03.2026 via IVRS options (phone). I followed up with customer care, when service visit is scheduled.

Surprisingly , all the time i am getting uncertain answers from customer executives. 29th it was assured that service engineer would visit by 9pm of the day. Till 30th March 2026, No update on service visit.

I want to know from ResQ:

1. Why customer has to wait for 72 hrs (3 days) to schedule a visit? Why it can not be scheduled within 24 hrs, and send a confirmation text message on scheduled visit time, technician contact details. This will give a clarity when the technician arrives, so that customer can make himself available to facilitate the repair. Its an uncertain in schedule.

2. It is clearly evident from the service experience , you are engaging very few technicians so that the same loaded technician to attend many jobs and give delayed service to customer. This how you are running poor service show, always benefit to your company.

3. If customer has to wait for 72 hrs=3 days) to get service visit to attend the repair problem, how are going to compensate to customer for the delayed service for your own conveniently crafted policy?. If customer has to call 10 times in a year for repair service, why do want to put your 30 days of delay in attending the problem, into customer pocket. Its like day-light looting for no service to customer but charging full. Is this how, you are earning profits on free earning from customer pockets.?

Delayed service, taking full payment, is also like a theft only. I see no difference from a robbery. Atleast robber puts efforts in approaching people on roads and victimise. Here, customers are coming to you to get robbed. 🙏

Reliance is such a fraud company

Reliance is such a fraud company, sending through a delivery partner who is completely invisible. Once the order is placed you should pray God and rely on your luck to be delivered to you. Customer care executives are useless as like their company. Better avoid this crap reliance digital.

Being a existing customer i am really fed up with your support services i had been raise a complaine on 1st of march n still been awaiting to get a call of your so call service executive...i would never make my purchase again with your freaking irresponsible platforms n stroes not ever evn suggest any of my known to make a purchase with you.

Poor Service and Misleading Sales

I had a very disappointing experience with Reliance Digital, Jayanagar. I purchased multiple appliances from the store including a Samsung refrigerator, Samsung AC, Samsung washing machine and an LG TV.

The delivery was delayed even though next day delivery was promised. After several follow ups the products were delivered in parts.

The refrigerator was delivered damaged with a visible dent discovered during installation. The store acknowledged the issue but kept delaying the replacement with repeated “tomorrow” promises.

There was also an issue with the washing machine invoice which initially mentioned the wrong product details and had to be corrected after repeated follow ups.

AC installation charges were also very different from what was promised at the time of purchase, which felt misleading.

Overall the experience involved delayed delivery, damaged product, billing issues and poor response from the store staff. Buyers should verify everything carefully before purchasing from this store.

Installation is costing 2400(1500+900)

I purchased an AC 11 days ago, and till today no one has come for installation. I have made more than 20 calls to customer care, but there is still no proper response or confirmed installation date. This kind of delay and lack of responsibility is completely unacceptable. When selling the product, everything was promised quickly, but after payment, there is no support. I am extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend this experience

Guys pls do not buy any product from reliance digital. U cannot trust them at all. Any servicing issue will not be resolved. We raise issue on 14th feb for our Samsung washing machine purchased from this pathetic reliance place and till 25th Feb we are on same page with no update no resolution. If u Want peaceful life do not buy anything from reliance. They hv crossed all their limit for giving worst services.

This is the most unprofessional company and the staff.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen especially Reliance Digital Jammu has a complete miscommunication and mis management. Reliance Digital sells faulty products especially Haier fridge Bottom down Freezer I purchased was the biggest mistake of life and instead of helping me the staff started behaving rudely and unbothered the things. Poor after sales services provided, no communication and coordination. Such a pathetic and bad experience. I won't recommend buying any electronics or electrical items from Reliance Digital Store Wave Mall, Jammu.

cheat offers

cheat offers. recently bought phone in Salem,Tamilnadu. wad sent an offer for 1000 rs and when I tried to avail the offer, they took down all the details, then said the offer is only for online purchases and not for the in shop offers. There was no such thing mentioned in the offer.

Reliance Digital RESQ Extended Warranty – Fake Promise, Real Harassment

I am writing this review to warn consumers about Reliance Digital Retail Ltd. and its RESQ Extended Warranty services, which turned out to be a complete failure and a mental harassment experience.

I purchased a Samsung QLED TV (Model: QA55Q60BAKLXL) from Reliance Digital on 05 July 2023, along with a 5-year paid RESQ extended warranty. During the warranty period, the TV developed a vertical thin line on the display panel, making it defective.

Samsung India inspected the product and approved the panel replacement. They clearly informed me that the repair could not proceed only because Reliance Digital / RESQ had not approved or released payment.

Despite continuous follow-ups for over two month, Reliance Digital RESQ:

Did NOT release payment

Gave false assurances (“24–48 hours”)

Avoided written confirmation

Failed to resolve the issue

Officials including Mr. Shagun, Mr. Shaik Mohammad Noushad, Mr. Yogesh, and Ms. Muskaan Yadav (9752437769) were involved, yet no accountability or resolution was provided.

Due to their negligence, I suffered:

Mental harassment

Financial loss

Loss of time

Denial of rightful warranty service

This is a clear case of deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, and consumer harassment. I am forced to escalate the matter legally despite having paid for extended warranty in good faith.

🚨 Strong Warning:
Do NOT purchase Reliance Digital’s RESQ extended warranty.
It appears to be a money-wasting scam where claims are deliberately delayed or ignored.

Pathetic service for an online…

Pathetic service for an online purchase. I received a message in morning 9 AM for expected delivery of my purchase with no details on delivery partner or a time window for delivery. I was forced to stay home for whole day for not to miss the delivery. Delivery partner came in evening 6 PM with their own convenience and zero preference given to customers' availability. Their whatsapp customer number is no help and no one even bothered to acknowledge the messages. I was given another 24 hrs slot again for installation with same approach that technician will come with their own sweet and convenient time. I supposed to wait again next day. My recommendation is to buy from reliance physical store and don't go with any online purchase, specially when you are only person to receive delivery.

🚫 Worst purchase decision of my life – BPL 65U-E5530 QLED TV 🚫

I strongly warn everyone: DO NOT buy BPL or Reliance products.

These companies are completely unprofessional, irresponsible, and least bothered about customers. Even after escalating the issue to the highest levels, nothing changed.

I have sent 20+ emails, made countless calls, and followed up at every possible level. It has been over 35 days and my issue is still unresolved. All I get are false assurances, copy-paste replies, and zero action.

Once they take your money, they simply stop caring. Customers are left hitting a wall while the company keeps its eyes closed.

This is a clear sign of a declining brand that survives only on name, not service or ethics.

I am deeply disappointed with Reliance…

I am deeply disappointed with Reliance Digital’s after-sales service. I registered a complaint for my Whirlpool washing machine on 6th December 2025, and even after multiple follow-ups, emails, and escalations, the issue remained unresolved for weeks.

Despite repeated assurances that the replacement part was “in transit,” no timely resolution was provided. What is more frustrating is that Reliance Digital claimed they tried calling me, whereas I did not receive any call or WhatsApp communication at all. This misleading communication added to the mental stress.

The washing machine remained unusable for a prolonged period, causing continuous inconvenience to my family. Repeated delays, lack of accountability, and absence of proactive updates resulted in mental harassment and unnecessary torture for a genuine customer.

This experience reflects serious lapses in service management and a complete lack of customer empathy. Such treatment from a reputed brand like Reliance Digital is unacceptable.

I would strongly advise prospective customers to think twice before purchasing, as the after-sales support is extremely poor and stressful.

The phone was promised to be delivered…

The phone was promised to be delivered on 28/11/2025 and there is no trace of the product till date and time. All lame and lie sms are sent to us. Saying address is wrong, customer not responding, rain or weather issue is all sheer lies. Sad but I have paid in full and this is sheer cheating.

Do not purchase anything on Reliance…

Do not purchase anything on Reliance Digital's online store. They have not refunded my 2 lakh rupees for the cancelled orders. It's been more than 2 months since the cancellation, I am yet to receive the refund.

Can you imagine 2 months without refund of your hard earned money from the corporate life?

I wish only the worst for the Reliance Digital. Mukesh Ambani is running a fraud company.
