Both the sales rep and installers were very knowledgeable throughout the process. I met with the sales rep on a Friday and by the following Monday afternoon both houses on my property had heat pumps installed and in operation.

When first contacted by Reliance
When first contacted by Reliance, it was work almost immediately. Within 24 hours there were workers at our house to install the furnace and hot water tank. It was all done professionally and with great work. The salesman, Vishal Singh, did not apply any pressure for us to purchase anything, and allowed us to make that decision on our own. We appreciate that very much. The workers that did the installation knew their work, and performed it with much professionalism and that was great.

I love my new AC/Heat pump
I love my new AC/Heat pump. Jatinder was my Comfort Consultant and he was amazing. He explained how the unit worked and the comfort guarantee. He offered support every step of the way. The installation by James was done quickly and professionally. The unit itself is so quiet you can barely hear it outside. It is not too big either. The summer has been very comfortable for us.

Had a service member come to do yearly…
Had a service member come to do yearly maintenance on furnace and air conditioner. He spent 30 seconds looking at the air conditioner and was downstairs with the furnace for approx 15 min. It has always taken previous companies 1 hr to clean the furnace and check everything and 20 - 30 minutes on the air. When I questioned him, he said it was done and all was fine. Called the office for maintenance supervisor and got the run around on 3 different calls. Was finally told the service person hadn't handed in his service report yet and to call AGAIN later. They should have had someone call me as far as I'm concerned. Never heard back from them. I gave up. I was shocked at this as I have always had great service in the past.
