I have applied in this agency, it's a fraud. You guys are unethical and unprofessional when dealing with the client. People who will be reading this comment knows that I am genuine because you have deleted my google review. My review now become unethical, while taking money your consultant informed and promised that whatever concerns we have there will be one case manager who will look after my case and whenever i have doubt or issue i can call or message them anytime during office hours. once the payment is made, since the start of my process i need to call and follow up who is my case manager and why my process is not yet started and then you action. My question is why i need to call or follow up and then you will do your job. You only action when i call and then you fight with me including your manager. if your call is recorded then we can go to the police and verify what i am saying is correct or not. You will remain calm, patience and cooperate only when you can see your case is progressing but in my case i don't see you taking any action without my follow up.

Beside mentioning your staff and manager is never rude, is total absurd and false. You lack customer service, even the manager has no manner to talk to the client. You are just scamming people, once money is paid to you everything you promise changes, your attitude and approach toward the client changes. Now when i call or follow up I am disturbing you and you tell me you are busy as if we have so much of free time to always call you. Why don't you clarify it when taking money that i am not allowed to call or follow up with my case. i just have to wait and see how you don't take any action with my case and watch my money going waste. The consultant resigned, your case managers keep resigning, till this 4 month i had 3 different case managers and i am not being informed who will handle my case. If you are so responsible then i should have been informed in so called your monday dashboard. why i need to call, message and ask who is my case manager and what reply i get, it's a team work. How come your case will move forward when you don't have a particular case manager and when i insisted then you give me again another case manager, this is my 4th case manager in 4 months. You never answer or call back and thats the reason i had to call you time and again and then you answer. Even putting request on the dashboard you never call back or revert what time you will call, such is the attitude and behaviour of the people working in this company.

One more point never believe that they will help you to create CV and cover letter based on Canada format, ultimately it will be you need to do it, they will not even check if it's correct or not. They will promise to provide you with IELTS learning materials but that is of no use, it's useless. They will guarantee to find job for you as they have assigned company in Canada but after taking money they will tell you to find job on their own through job bank and Linkedin. i had to fight with the team and the manager , which they are aware of and then they started searching for job, till this day i haven't received even one invitation for the interview. This job offer is totally a scam, what i experienced since i am applying myself is that employer prefer candidates who is in Canada either with work permit or PR. The job that is in demand is related to IT, nurses, doctors etc, very high skilled professional where the employer is ready to wait for you.

Be careful before making payment, don't rely on them, they promise heaven and earth but at the end you will go through stress. You make payment to do your job but ultimately they will make you feel that they are doing great favour to you. One important note most of the nominee program depends on job offer so never believe them that they will assist you to look for job because at the end you will be stuck with them. Till now i am in one program only, they promised i am qualified for so many programs but now they go back on their own words. So beware of the scam.

Lastly check your refund policy because unfortunately i believed the consultant and signed the agreement without checking. They will tell you if you are not satisfy with their process then you get the refund but now when i ask for refund they say there is no such term and condition. That was my mistake i accept but but be cautious of this fraud.
