Contacting support is always helpful. The representatives are interested in helping to accomplish my tasks and to let me make the most of the platform.

Relias is a great platform with so many courses. It is easy for employees to use for trusted training. The company is on top of keeping courses updated. The employees are also very helpful when needed.

Your product is very good. When I contact your service department for assistance, they are always professional, patient and willing to assist me.

Questions are not answered timely, if at all answered.
We still have an outstanding question regarding our invoice from over 2/3 months ago.

As a basic user of Relias, I am very happy with their product and customer service.

The information is all great and very helpful. I love that it is self paced and keeps track of all courses completed. I would love to see some more interactive videos and audio trainings because reading for an hour and a half can become difficult and quite boring at times.

I feel that that the majority of the modules are outdated in presentation. While the information being presented is import and mostly valuable the presentation of the material creates a disconnect for the learner.
Other changes that should be considered is creating catalogs of trainings, so that when searching up trainings we do not get ones that do not pertain to our field.
Approval indicators, it would be really nice to be able to go through and see which trainings are approved through different organizations like COPE.

Relias is Simple and Easy!

While its simple and easy and we use this for alot of things, sometimes its repetitive. Which makes it hard for employees to complete timely. But it has alot of good information!.

Covers all the bases for staff to be in education compliance. Also, great for CE credits.

Great platform, simple to use as an administrator or user. Wonderful choices for content. Thank you!

Customer service is great. IIt would be 5 stars, but it's a little complicated to maneuver throughout the program - too many steps to reach one simple goal. Also, the courses that are not self-paced move too slowly and that is very frustrating when completing courses. The material can be read in less than half of the time it takes to move forward, so it's a lot of wasted time waiting.

I´m very grateful to Relias fantastic support, a lot excellent and very interesting activities, outstanding several of them. Relias give me many opportunities, which impact my professional role very positively.

I like the classes offered, however, there are some classes that have retired that were good ones.
