Questions are not answered timely

Questions are not answered timely, if at all answered.
We still have an outstanding question regarding our invoice from over 2/3 months ago.
I put a date below because it's required, but there are multiple times.

Relias Excellence

Throughout my years working with Relias, they have always had excellent customer services and have promptly assisted me with any issues. In addition the vast selection of modules available is superior.

Relevant & Helpful Information

The information is all great and very helpful. I love that it is self paced and keeps track of all courses completed. I would love to see some more interactive videos and audio trainings because reading for an hour and a half can become difficult and quite boring at times.

Improvements needed

I feel that that the majority of the modules are outdated in presentation. While the information being presented is import and mostly valuable the presentation of the material creates a disconnect for the learner.
Other changes that should be considered is creating catalogs of trainings, so that when searching up trainings we do not get ones that do not pertain to our field.
Approval indicators, it would be really nice to be able to go through and see which trainings are approved through different organizations like COPE.

While its simple and easy and we use this for alot of things, sometimes its repetitive. Which makes it hard for employees to complete timely. But it has alot of good information!.

Customer service is great

Customer service is great. IIt would be 5 stars, but it's a little complicated to maneuver throughout the program - too many steps to reach one simple goal. Also, the courses that are not self-paced move too slowly and that is very frustrating when completing courses. The material can be read in less than half of the time it takes to move forward, so it's a lot of wasted time waiting.
