The rental home prices are very high comparing to the state of the rental home itself. The rental price is not the actual price that you will pay for the home every month. they work with an outbid system. If you are interested in the home you need to come with high outbid amount that you will pay on top the rental price.
organize a viewing but does not follow up, i sent an email and they never replied so i guess i do not get the house, they also invited me to overbid which seems dodgy, i would avoid them in the future
Relo wonen appeard to me the most helpful estete agent in Amsterdam area. Thanks to them I live here happly already for 4 years. You can really count on them. Debby and Wilma are very proffesional and kind. I recomend Relo wonen to everyone who is looking for a place to live naar Amsterdam.
I moved to Amsterdam desperately looking for accomodation and did not get much help from other agencies. When I eventually came into contact with Wilma and Sander from the Zaandam branch they straight away offered help and within 4 days found a lovely appartment for me to move into. As we were expats and could not speak Dutch they guided us through the process, assisted with the electricity and gas providers, gave us a tour of the surrounding area. Very decent people that you dont meet every day. If you are an Expat looking for a property definetly get in touch with Wilma and Sander- we are so grateful to them both!!!!!
