Awful awful service
Awful awful service.
My device stopped working. I contacted via email, website and "chat". I've never gotten an answer. I still have several pods, but no device, and since the attention has been 0, I don't think I'm going to purchase another device because it has ZERO warranty.

The process was relatively fast,
I had an issue which was solved very easily.
I would say the flavour range is not very good though.
The sangria one and pineapple one tastes burnt and i had to throw it away because i coudnt use it, however the apple one and Berry is very nice

You sent the package to the wrong direction. This has happened two times in a row. Difficult to understand when the delivery address was in the order and was the right one

I smoked pipe for many years, and now I pay exactly the doubled a month for the pod. I can as pensionist not afford that.
