This company is a rip off and total scam! In the hight of the pandemic I ordered 3 masks from them. My girl friend ordered 2 and my friend also the same. Until today, I have only received a kid's mask. I've sent emails after emails and requested refunds several times. I've gotten some automated response and nothing more. They took my money, my girl friend's, and my other friend. We've all been robbed!! No masks! no refunds! NOTHING! This company needs to be SHUT DOWN! STAY FAR AWAY!

Wish there was a way to give zero stars. Bought face masks from Instagram ad (mistake #1). Took screen shots of all pages for proof of what i ordered. Got all of the phony e-mails about progress of order. Promise of shipping in 5-10 days became 30 and note was that this was part of the order. 2 months later order arrived and when I contacted Remark Green for missing item (replacement filters) I was told it was in the order and that filters I received were the ones I ordered. Claimed the mask I ordered did not come with filters - even though screen shots of item prove otherwise. Now hassling with PayPal for refund. When I placed my order the Remark Green website was nothing but masks. Now the website is basically a promotional product site. This company is a typical Chinese rip off!!!

Horrible scamming company, do not buy from them. Website says 5-15 days until product will be received. Well 4 months later received horrible quality masks. Had to start a dispute with my credit card company to get them to act. And then get this.....credit card company said remarkgreen had a rebuttle! Are you kidding me. What can you possibly say to make that right? Waste of time and money! Stay away, far away from this company.

I ordered a mask and filters from them 3 month ago. never got it . i was back and forth with them by e-mail. When I demand to get my money back they offered me 5% refund to my account. Shame on them for scamming people during this pandemic !!!!!

Ordered 7 masks plus replacement filters in April and never received them. Sent them emails repeatedly for the past few months and got the same emails copy pasted. When we threatened to report them to BBB, they said they finally got in touch with their shipping agent and the package will be delivered soon. Weeks went by and nothing was received, no tracking number either. Got more of the same copy pasted responses to inquiries about the masks. Then today we received an email saying our package was lost in transit. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. After demanding a refund for masks that we never received, we were told that we would get a full refund. Still have not received the refund and its been almost, if not already, a month since they told us that. Do not waste your money on this website.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered 100.00 in masks almost 3 months ago and I still have not received them! I wrote several emails to them requesting my money back and they have no refunded me either!

Very bad business i bought 10 masks for my family about almost $400 worth and they sent me my filters over 2 months ago and and still no masks. I been sending emails to get part of my refund back for the masks i havent recieved and they give me the run around. Worst company ever dont buy!!!!

Ordered masks almost 3 months ago. Shows shipped but that is about all. They quit communicating with me a month ago when I questioned how it shows shipped by going nowhere. I will be stopping payment on my credit card and filing a complaint with the BBB today.

It took over 2 months to receive order. They finally sent it when I threatened to complain to PayPal and get money back. I then received it in 4 days. The extra inserts I ordered were very nice and in a nice zipper compartment. The masks will probably fit a seven year old. They were extremely small and will not fit me. This company needs to be taken down. They are a scam and they used my money for over 60 days since it was charged immediately to my account. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Will try to return, but I doubt they will take it. Live and learn.

I ordered two masks in the beginning of March. They finally came in the first week of June. It took way to long and I hate that they came from China when the website had a New Mexico address. I have to admit, they are really nice masks though.

I order masks and they keep sending emails. On May 7 they were in the warehouse to be shipped and I would get tracking number when shipped. They received their money from paypal on April 25 for 45.94 and still no masks.
I have finally received my masks this past week.

This is the worst company on earth! Promised 7 fats shipping. It has been 5 weeks. No masks, no tracking number, no refund allowed!!!!! If you want to throw away your hard earned money, buy from this company!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Complete scammers. Don't deliver on promises or product.
